General The 61 sqm 2-room apartment (non-smoking) is located on the 1st floor of a building renovated in 2022 and offers space for two people. Adjacent to the living area is the associated balcony with garden furniture. Parking spaces for your car are available on the property.
Living area The spacious living and dining area is equipped with a sofa and a beanbag as well as a dining table (120 cm x 70 cm). For a cozy TV evening, a 50" TV with cable connection is ready for you. You can also use your Netflix account on it. Of course, we provide you with a fast, wireless internet access free of charge in the entire apartment.
Sleeping area You sleep in the separate bedroom in a high-quality box spring bed (160 cm x 200 cm), for which we provide you with bed linen. For a well-rested sleep, you also have the option of darkening the windows with plissés. In addition, a clothes rail and other storage options provide space for your luggage.
Kitchen In the high-quality open kitchen, you will find a hob with four stoves, an oven, a fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. The carefully selected kitchen utensils will help you cook and enjoy. Our basic equipment also includes salt, pepper and sugar. Furthermore, a toaster is available for your breakfast, as well as a coffee maker and a kettle for making coffee and tea.
Bathroom The modern bathroom with underfloor heating and shower offers enough storage space for your personal cosmetic products. Towels, a hairdryer and body care products are provided by us.
Other equipment In the entrance area of the apartment there is a checkroom. Within the building complex you will find a washing machine with detergent and a dryer. You can use these for a fee of €2.50 per wash or dry. The payment and reservation of the machines is uncomplicated via the app "WeWash". A laundry rack, an iron and an ironing board are available for you to use in the laundry room. You can park your bike in the basement of the building.
Location Our apartment house "Sassnitz – zum Stadthafen" is located about 500 m from the city port of Sassnitz. The historic old town of Sassnitz you can reach from our location in about 600 meters. Also the train station is only 900 m away.
Check-in & check-out You can arrive from 4 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10 am. If these times are not convenient for you, please ask us before your arrival. Access to the apartment is contactless via a pin code, so you can flexibly arrange your arrival time. You will receive the necessary information in time before your arrival.

Location Our apartment house "Sassnitz – Zum Stadthafen" is located about 500 m (about 7 minutes walk) from the city harbor of Sassnitz. From there you can take a boat trip to the Königsstuhl – the famous chalk rock formation of the island of Rügen – or visit the submarine HMS Otus directly in the harbor basin. In the city harbor you will also find Rügen's largest fish counter, where you can buy the freshest fish on Rügen. If you don't want to prepare the fish yourself, you have numerous possibilities along the harbor promenade as well as in the historic old town of Sassnitz (distance about 600 m) to end the evening with a good meal. At a distance of about 600 m (about 8 minutes walk) from our apartments you will find the Jasmund National Park, which with its unique beech forest has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011. In addition to the attractive offers in the immediate surroundings of the apartments, there are numerous cycling and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of Sassnitz, on which you can explore the island of Rügen. If you are interested in water sports, you have a variety of options both in the Baltic Sea and on the Jasmund Bodden. For relaxed beach days, various sandy beaches with a total length of about 60 kilometers await you. The island of Rügen also has a lot to offer in terms of architecture with its castles and manor houses, the Müther buildings, the old spa architecture or the "Colossus of Prora". The next bigger supermarket as well as a bakery are in a distance of about 100 m ( about 2 minutes walk) to our apartments. Further extensive shopping possibilities you have in the Rügen-Galerie, which is located about 600 m (about 8 minutes walk) from our location. Sassnitz is easy to reach by car directly via the federal highway B96. Sufficient parking spaces are available for our guests on our property. If you arrive by train, you can reach our apartments by foot in about 12 minutes (900 m).
Apartments The ten apartments of our location "Sassnitz - Zum Stadthafen" are located in a former savings bank building, which was completely renovated and converted into apartments in 2022. With a size between 53 sqm and 78 sqm, the apartments each offer enough space for two to four people. Within the apartment building, a washing machine and a dryer are available for use in a common room. All apartments have a modern and high-quality furnished combined living and dining area with a sofa corner, sideboard and cable TV as well as a dining table. The living area is adjoined by a terrace or balcony. The roof terrace on the upper floor also invites with a great view of the Baltic Sea. In each apartment there is a separate bedroom with a double bed. Some apartments also offer additional sleeping possibilities. All apartments also have a modern bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, an oven as well as a stove and various kitchen utensils, completes your temporary home. A fast Wi-Fi access, towels and bed linen as well as all utilities are included in our accommodation prices.

Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen, wenn gleich das Apartment unsrer Meinung nach durchaus einige Wandhaken gut verkraften würde und auch die ein oder andere Wand lebendiger gestaltet werden könnte. Uns fehlte im Wohnraum definitiv eine Ablagefläche, so auch im Badezimmer. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon waren sehr unbequem (puppig klein) und für die Gemütlichkeit wäre ein Sonnenschirm schön.
