The resort is located on over 250 acres of land, which includes a
natural wildlife setting surrounded by a wooded forest, open fields and
five small lakes. Powhatan offers a general store and two restaurants.
Families will have a wonderful time enjoying the 19-hole mini-golf
course, a playground, an outdoor pavilion, hiking and exercise trails,
basketball, volleyball, horseshoe pit, racquetball, tennis courts, and
fitness room.

Located only four miles from Colonial Williamsburg, and 12 miles from
popular Busch Gardens, the historic 256-acre Powhatan Resort is
highlighted by the restored, furnished Manor House (circa 1735) listed
on the National Register of Historic Places. Also enjoy the Virginian
culture at the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum and the DeWitt
Wallace Decorative Arts Museum. Visit the Williamsburg Winery or take
in a performance at Ferguson Center for the Arts.

Spacious, air-conditioned studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom
accommodations are perfect for vacationing families or couples enjoying
a getaway. One-bedroom units sleep up to four, two-bedroom units sleep
up to six or eight, three-bedroom units sleep up to eight and
four-bedroom units sleep up to 12. All accommodations come with kitchen
facilities that include a microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. For
added comfort and convenience, some units also feature full kitchens as
well as fireplaces.

their scheduled check-in date to provide notice. If no late-arrival
notification is received, the reservation will be canceled the day
following the scheduled arrival date.
If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and
electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay
duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly
to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking
price.
The guest reserving this reservation must be the one checking in and
provide a valid ID and credit card at the time of check-in.
