Both apartments are incredibly bright, featuring a lovely private balcony, air conditioning (heating/cooling), Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and fully equipped kitchens with an oven and refrigerator.

• Apartment 1 (2nd Floor - Capacity: 4 guests):
The ideal space for the larger group. It features a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. The special touch is its interior design, highlighting a beautiful and trendy "Teddy" style furniture that adds a cozy, modern vibe to the studio. It comes with its own full kitchen and private bathroom.

• Apartment 2 (4th Floor - Capacity: 2 guests):
A cozy and comfortable space for 2 guests, equipped with a double bed. It is perfectly designed for those who need a quiet moment or need to stay connected, as it includes a small desk perfect for remote work and an exclusive small table for two, ideal for enjoying breakfast near the balcony. It features its own full kitchen and private bathroom.

Other things to note

- We’d love to welcome you! For building security and community guidelines, we will kindly ask for a photo of each guest's ID or Passport before check-in. It’s a super quick step to ensure a smooth and safe arrival.

- Fresh air and Balconies: To keep the apartments fresh and cozy for everyone, smoking indoors is strictly forbidden. But don't worry! Both units have lovely private balconies, which are the perfect spot to smoke outside (just please keep the door closed). Let's take care of the space together; smoking inside will result in a $200 USD fine.

- Nature just around the corner: You are in a gorgeous part of Palermo. You can easily stroll down to Plaza Armenia and Plaza Serrano, and the iconic Palermo Woods (make sure to visit the Rosedal or the Botanical Garden!) are just a few minutes away.

- Getting around is a breeze: The location’s connectivity is a perfect 10. The Juan B. Justo Ave Metrobus is right around the corner, and Subway Line D (Palermo / Plaza Italia Station) is just a few blocks away, making it super easy to explore Buenos Aires.

Welcome! We want you to have an amazing stay in Palermo. To ensure a great experience for everyone and to keep the apartments in top condition, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules:

- Guest Registration: For building security purposes, it is mandatory for all guests to send a photo of their official government ID or Passport prior to check-in. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property.

- Strict No Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited. Since both units have private balconies, you are welcome to smoke outside with the balcony door closed. Smoking inside the apartment will result in an automatic $200 USD fine to cover deep cleaning and textile deodorization costs.

- Linen Care: Please take care of the bedsheets and towels. Using linens to wipe off makeup, ink, tanning products, or shoes that cause permanent damage or unremovable stains will result in a fine equivalent to the replacement cost of the item.

House Schedules:
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM (respecting this time is crucial so our cleaning team can prepare both apartments for the next guests).
- Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Since this is a residential building, parties and loud noises are strictly forbidden.
