The Workhorse Suite is a fully private loft located above a converted barn on a quiet countryside property.

Inside you’ll find:
• A cozy living area with TV
• A plush queen-size bed
• A private bathroom with walk-in shower
• A convenient kitchenette (electric hot pot, microwave, mini fridge, sink, and air fryer), stocked with instant coffee, cream, sugar, tea bags, and oatmeal. Just add hot water from the hot pot
• In-loft washer/dryer combo

Best suited for 1–2 guests (maximum 3).

Just minutes from Loudoun County wineries, vineyard wedding venues, historic downtown Leesburg, Patrick Henry College, and the WO&D Trail, the loft offers both privacy and convenience.

The property also includes a private residence and a separate rental, The Fort. Guests traveling together may choose to book both spaces while maintaining separate accommodations.

Guests access the loft via exterior stairs leading to a private entrance with Smart Lock check-in. Parking is available on the gravel driveway near the barn.

The suite does not share interior space with the main home or other rental, ensuring a fully private stay.

We offer self-check-in for a seamless arrival and respect your privacy during your stay. While we live on the property, your suite is fully private. We’re available by message if you need recommendations or assistance.

Paeonian Springs is in the heart of Loudoun County. You will be a in a small quiet enclave, but with easy access to local wineries, breweries and historic towns of Leesburg and Waterford. It’s likely you may even be attending a wedding at one of many local popular venues.
