The historic coastal town of Šibenik is a true gem of the Croatian Adriatic, proudly boasting two UNESCO World Heritage sites: the architectural masterpiece of the Cathedral of Saint Jacob—built entirely of stone without any binding mortar—and the magnificent St. Nicholas Fortress guarding the sea entrance. Towering directly above the stone-paved streets of the old town are the city's three historic hilltop guardians: St. Michael’s (Sv. Mihovil), Barone, and St. John’s (Sv. Ivan) fortresses. These beautifully restored medieval strongholds have been transformed into breathtaking cultural hubs, famously hosting incredible open-air summer concerts, multimedia exhibitions, and events under the stars.
Perfectly positioned for explorers, the town offers effortless access to the stunning cascading waterfalls of Krka National Park and the nautical labyrinth of the Kornati Islands National Park, alongside the rugged peaks of the nearby Dinara mountain range. Traveling here is simple and convenient, as Šibenik sits between two international airports, located just a short drive from both Zadar Airport to the north and Split Airport to the south.

The property features a vibrant green fence that wraps around the estate, ensuring privacy and a lovely natural atmosphere. Step outside into our wonderfully natural, green, and shadowy garden, where plenty of cool shade offers a welcome escape from the midday sun. It is an authentic outdoor spot to relax, take a deep breath, and enjoy the local flora. If you visit us in August, you can pick and eat fresh, sweet figs straight from our very own fig tree. Guests staying through September will get a true taste of Dalmatia by finding ripe, delicious jujube fruit ready to be picked. Inside, the apartment is fully equipped with modern air-conditioning to keep you perfectly chilled on hot summer days. Thanks to excellent insulation and thick walls, the house maintains a naturally good temperature that is ideal for sleeping. You will love the dynamic energy of our neighbourhood, which feels alive, and busy during the daytime hours. When the sun sets, the local bustle fades away completely, giving way to a quiet environment in the night.
