Total area of 350m², the villa offers ample space for large groups or families for 17 Persons. It features:

- Bedroom with separate side entrance with double bed and sofa bed that can be converted into 2 single beds.​

First floor
- Bedroom with double bed and single bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet.
- Reading area with a fold-out sofa bed.
- Bedroom with double bed.

- Bedroom with 2 single beds.
- Bedroom with sofa bed and desk.​

Second floor
- Open-plan living and dining room with fireplace and island kitchen.
- This area is equipped with a spacious lounge sofa with sleeping function providing 2 additional sleeping places.

!!! Natural pool/swimming pond - this is mentioned as a pool in the description of the amenities (you can see it in the photos), we do not have another.

The villa is located in industrial area without any noisy production around.

RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

In the high season, from April till the end of November, we set a minimum stay of 3 nights.

One-night stay is possible with a 50% surcharge and prior approval.

Our villa is a perfect place for photo & video shootings, and other creative projects. Shootings in our villa are allowed per request (!!!)

For holiday rentals, there is a 30% surcharge on the whole booking.

Due to the Fair surcharge: 50% on the whole booking.

We reserve the right to set exceptional conditions regarding prices, minimum duration and occupancy for the top dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, biggest fairs etc. These can differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated on request. We hope for your understanding.

The property is monitored by video from the outside (only the house entrances). Your privacy will, of course, not be violated by this. Please inform your group accordingly.

The number of guests stated at the time of booking - is the information confirmed by you and used by us for the calculation. If the number of guests arriving exceeds the original number, we ask that you pay an additional fee for each guest for the entire stay.
