Quiet, yet near all the best Laguna Beach has to offer. Three blocks not only from our less busy beaches like Shaw’s Cove, Divers Cove, Monument Park and Fisherman’s Cove but the truly magnificent Heisler Park, elevated on a lush, green BREATHTAKING picturesque bluff with a walking path overlooking the Pacific Ocean which leads to the Main Beach Boardwalk and Downtown. This is all without even considering our world-renowned Festival of The Arts, Pageant of the Masters, Sawdust Summer and Winter Festival, miles of hiking trails that begin blocks from this cottage and we even have The Laguna Beach Playhouse.
Locals know North Laguna Beach and more specifically, the “Tree Street” area is best of the best location in an already “one of a kind” destination...but the SWEET SPOT is the 400 block. Why? 1. The 400 block in the Tree Street area you are so close to the beach and the storybook, friendly downtown - yet also, this is where tranquility begins. High density apartments, condos and multi - family homes are almost nonexistent. Translation? 1. Low density, primarily a single-family zoned block. 2. No constant loud horns, hypercar, bus, truck or motorcycle noises from PCH highway. 3. Still only blocks to our, one of a kind downtown featuring fine dining and even a No car / Pedestrian only outdoor breakfast, lunch and dining area on Forrest St. 3. Easy Parking 4.
