Air Filter & Battery Check: If your stay is over 30 days, we will stop by once a month to check the air filter and replace the batteries, if necessary.
Cleaning: If cleaning is required, there will be a minimal wipe-down fee, and sheets will be changed as needed and grass cut at least every 2 weeks if you staying over 30 days there will me very small fee this only is for 30 days or longer stays.
Trash: If you're staying for more than a week or if the inside trash bins are full, please remember to empty them into the larger outside trash bin
