I allow 3 guests per stay, with no additional charges for the extra guests, but 3 is the absolute maximum allowed. This is inclusive of babies and children (and remember the place is not baby-proofed). The space is meant to sleep 2 comfortably in the bedroom area and then 1 more on the fold-out futon. Please let me know how many guests are going to stay so I can plan my clean time and provide enough towels and supplies.

Please treat this escape as you would your own home. There are dumpsters in the garage for you to throw out your trash at the end of your visit. Please hand wash any dishes you use, or load and start the dishwasher. Be sure I have your cell number before your stay so I can answer your calls or texts promptly. The complex is very quiet, so please help keep it that way. Voices carry, so speak softly on the stairs, outside the units, and when on the phone. This is a peaceful, quiet escape I know you’ll love!
