Si vous souhaitez combiner ancien et le nouveau, si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez un emplacement central avec une atmosphĂšre paisible et romantique, nous offrons une trĂšs lumineux, beau duplex Ă  80 m2, au coeur de Budapest. L'appartement a Ă©tĂ© construit en 2010, est situĂ© dans le voisinage immĂ©diat de l'avenue Andrassy historique avec l'OpĂ©ra, l'octogone sur le Grand Boulevard et le populaire Place Franz Liszt avec son ambiance unique et ses nombreux bars et restaurants. Le bains SzĂ©chenyi, le plus grand complexe thermal de l'Europe est Ă©galement Ă  seulement quelques arrĂȘts de mĂ©tro. L'appartement est situĂ© sur Fußdistanz Ă  Westbahnhof oĂč d'autres villes voisines peut ĂȘtre atteint rapidement. "Nous avons adoré notre séjour (11 jours) dans cet appartement. Que de bons commentaires à formuler: propreté impeccable, équipements modernes (l''appart est neuf) et trÚs fonctionnels, jolie terrasse au 2 iÚme étage (pour prendre l''apéro, le petit-déj...c''était génial!). Aussi, excellente situation géographique: tout est facilement accessible à pied (alimentation, commerces de proximités, cafés, resto, spectacles, trams, métro...). En plus, un accueil simple, chaleureux et personnalisé. Merci Gloria et Maria!"

This place was super clean and newly renovated with all the amentities plus a lot of extras. Location is great as well - close to everything but in a quiter neighborhood.

Wir hatten 4 Übernachtungen und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Alles funktionierte und die Ausstattung war mehr als reichlich, z.B. Teller, Tassen, Besteck. Auch die Klimaanlagen haben einwandfrei funktioniert, sodass wir auch im heißen Juli vernĂŒnftig nachts schlafen konnten. Frau Meszalos hatte im Vorfeld und auch bei Fragen vor Ort immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentrumsnah, aber ruhig, fast alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten lassen sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ansonsten sind die Metro-, Tram- und Busverbindungen sehr dicht gelegen, der Aufenthalt war dadurch problemlos.Vielen dank Frau Meszalos, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Comfortable stay in lovely apartment

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and easy to navigate. Excellent communication with the host, who has thoughtfully equipped the space with everything you may need during your stay. Good location in a quiet neighborhood near the train station. Most sights were easily walkable or accessed readily by nearby public transit.

Wonderful Stay

Lovely flat near transportation hubs. Easy access to everything. Grocery, pharmacy, and DM close by. Very clean and comfortable for the five of us. Great communication with host. We would love to stay here again.

Schönes City-Apartment in Budapest

Das Apartment war sehr schön und detailverliebt ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht. Trotz zentraler Lage war es durch die Terrasse zum Innenhof insgesamt sehr ruhig. Wir waren fast eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely apartment

We were happy with the flat's cleanliness and the way MĂĄria equipped it with all necessities, not to mention the wine and chocolate. Our communications were invariably smooth, and there were no problems to report. The neighborhood is safe and convenient for public transport and walkable grocery options. Thank you MĂĄria! Well equipped apartment in a great location

We were there for 5 nights and it was ideal for us. While we had a rental car, parking for which required a bit of planning on our part (and helpful information from our gracious host), we got around by public transport visiting this beautiful city, and we’e happy to crash in the comfortable beds at the end of each day. Although in an inner city suburb, the place was quiet and there was no trouble from neighbours. Cooking facilities were great with the special touches of oil and spices that made it feel homely. And a singing elephant on the bookcase that became legendary for our family including adult kids
 Highly recommend this apartment.

Rooftop balcony a highlight

The apartment is beautiful, and we loved eating outside on the rooftop balcony and watching the sunset. It’s relatively close to the metro, tram, and train station too.

Pensioners can travel free on public transport Shoes along the Danube is a touching reminder of the horrors of WW2 and the fate of Hungarian Jews etc at that time On the whole the Hungarians tend to speak English, are very friendly and helpful. The perfect apartment rental in Budapest!

I stayed in this apartment with my husband and two college-aged sons for two weeks on vacation, and it could not have been more perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very modern. It even has a washer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. We enjoyed the terrace for drinking our morning coffee, having dinners outside, and a nightcap, as well as for line-drying laundry. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed; we felt like we were staying with family because of all the nice things they provided (shampoo, dishwasher tabs, spices, oils, q-tips, etc.). The location can't be beat: close enough to walk to tourist sites, but far enough away for peace and quiet. It is also very close to the Nyugati metro and train station, with grocery stores and a pharmacy just a five-minute walk away. We loved our time there and hated to leave. Additionally, the Hungarian restaurant Karcsi, which had delicious and affordable food (pay in cash), is only five minutes away. And working with the owner was a breeze. She responded quickly whenever we had a question. If I could click my heels and go back there, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

This was a lovely apartment for 3 adults. We were comfortable and Maria was a gracious host. She was quick to respond to any question and very accomodating with any request. The apartment was clean and looked well cared for.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Budapest. Die Vermieterin Maria war sehr nett. Die Wohnung wunderschön. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage war auch super. Wir konnten zu Fuss vieles erreichen. FĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Unternehmungen waren Bus und Bahn ganz in der NĂ€he. Wir haben leider nicht alles von Budapest sehen können. Da reicht 1 Woche nicht aus. TIP: Parkplatzsituation katastrophal, lieber gleich ins Parkhaus fahren.

The best kitchen ever

Of all the apartments we stayed in, this one had the best kitchen equipment ever. It would have been a pleasure to cook there, but we were too lazy and went out all the time. Which was easy because of the central location – short walks to good restaurants. Also only seven minutes by foot to the train station. As tram, metro, and bus stops are also close by, it was very easy to get to more remote attractions, too. The apartment was big, very nice for the three adults we were. As it's on the fourth floor, there is enough light coming in even though all windows give to the courtyard. Check-in/-out where smooth and perfectly described by Mária.

I wouldn’t have changed a thing

This is such a cool place, a hidden gem on a main, busy street of Budapest. The communication of the host is stellar, and so we’re the self-check in instructions with step by step photos for help. Amazing and easy! Very clean, comfortable, convenient and even a gift of a bottle of wine awaiting our arrival. The host also left an info binder with very helpful suggestions on their favorite places nearby to eat. We tried several of them! Parking is tricky in general in Budapest, but the host helped us navigate that with our rental car as well. I loved entering the courtyard and the apartment each evening after a long day of touring.

Great apartment in Budapest

We loved the apartment. It was spacious, clean, stylish and very well equipped. It was a very quiet, safe area but still walkable to tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. We especially appreciated the host’s manual that provided extremely useful information and recommendations. I highly recommend the apartment.
