Belle, moderne en duplex avec terrasse dans le centre de Budapest

Si vous souhaitez combiner ancien et le nouveau, si vous préférez un emplacement central avec une atmosphère paisible et romantique, nous offrons une très lumineux, beau duplex à 80 m2, au coeur de Budapest. L'appartement a été construit en 2010, est situé dans le voisinage immédiat de l'avenue Andrassy historique avec l'Opéra, l'octogone sur le Grand Boulevard et le populaire Place Franz Liszt avec son ambiance unique et ses nombreux bars et restaurants. Le bains Széchenyi, le plus grand complexe thermal de l'Europe est également à seulement quelques arrêts de métro. L'appartement est situé sur Fußdistanz à Westbahnhof où d'autres villes voisines peut être atteint rapidement. Le Szondi appartement est idéal pour ceux qui veulent explorer Budapest cherchant ambiance historique avec une bonne connexion de transport et que vous voulez faire l'expérience de l'animation et de la vie de café dans la ville du voisinage immédiat.

L'appartement en duplex est situé au dernier étage d'un Wohnauses historiques magnifiquement rénové avec ascenseur, et offre toutes les commodités pour idéalement 2-4, max. mais aussi pour 6 personnes. Il est divisé sur deux étages, avec l'étage supérieur a aussi une petite terrasse. L'appartement est très bien et confortablement meublée, avec réfrigérateur, congélateur, four, plaque à induction, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, vaisselle, casseroles, lave-linge, sèche-cheveux, lecteur CD, climatisation, écran LCD 3D TV satellite, Internet gratuit (WiFi)

This place was super clean and newly renovated with all the amentities plus a lot of extras. Location is great as well - close to everything but in a quiter neighborhood.

Comfortable stay in lovely apartment

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and easy to navigate. Excellent communication with the host, who has thoughtfully equipped the space with everything you may need during your stay. Rooftop balcony a highlight

The apartment is beautiful, and we loved eating outside on the rooftop balcony and watching the sunset. It’s relatively close to the metro, tram, and train station too.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with property manager was excellent and we had no issues finding or getting in. It was spacious, had a well appointed kitchen, lovely bathrooms, and a comfortable bed. Great location with many restaurants and sights. We would not hesitate to stay at this lovely property again.

Great apartment in Budapest

We loved the apartment. It was spacious, clean, stylish and very well equipped. It was a very quiet, safe area but still walkable to tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. We were happy with the flat's cleanliness and the way Mária equipped it with all necessities, not to mention the wine and chocolate. Best of Budapest

This comfortable apartment was a perfect 8-day home for our party (three 70+ friends of different genders). We liked having two toilets separate from the bath, and the kitchen was remarkably well equipped— even a teapot for Irish/Scottish oldies! But we didn’t cook much, as the neighbourhood offered wonderful restaurants and cafes, as well as convenient public transport options taking us anywhere we wanted to go. It’s a fabulous place to stay, with a charming, helpful hostess.

This property was in a great location, close to all of the attractions, cafes and restaurants we wanted to visit. It was also very clean and well-maintained. The owner was responsive and helpful, and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The property was located in a central location nearby Oktogon and Nyugati Station and walking distance to tram 4 and 6, which runs 24/7. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property. We had a lovely stay in this flat and the host was prompt in responding to our questions. Great location as it’s just a 10 minute walk to the Nyugati train station for international trains. FYI - the flat has 2 half baths and 1 bath w/ a tub & a vanity sink, so no full bath. Thanks.

Pensioners can travel free on public transport Shoes along the Danube is a touching reminder of the horrors of WW2 and the fate of Hungarian Jews etc at that time On the whole the Hungarians tend to speak English, are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location to explore Budapest

Exactly as billed, with great communication from Maria. Loved the airy feel, comfortable bed and windows upstairs that opened. Incredibly well -equipped kitchen. And out the door, Pest was right there — Parliament, Jewish Quarter, the main shopping streets. (And we found the Bolt taxis wonderfully efficient, often arriving within 1-2 minutes.) We will be back the next time we visit Budapest. Matt and Kim.

Spring Break in Budapest

This apartment was perfect for a family of four. Two bathrooms were wonderful and having a functional kitchen was perfect. We found the location in the city to be excellent. Near two metro stations that we used quite a bit and one of the major train stations. Still within reasonable walking distance to Parliament and the Basilica. Would highly recommend for a mobile, active family who doesn't mind a bit of walking or stairs. Loved the Cosy Cafe across the street and also Indigo Indian a few blocks away. Great from start to finish!
