Large holiday home at a lake with own fishing rights



This cosy holiday home which has been renovated last in 2012 will be found in the natural and beautiful Halland region, only about 200 meters away from an idyllic lake with an own boat (only summer) and fishing rights.

On the other side the forest begins after about 50 meters.



The holiday home is located only about 25 kilometers away from the Swedish shopping paradise No. 1, "Ullared". The West coast town of Varberg is 20 kilometers away from here and the sea of the West coast only 15 kilometers, which means for the confirmed visitor of Sweden that he will reach his destination after about 15 minutes.



In winter 2011/2012 the house has been extensively renovated. All rooms were furnished in light, pleasant colors and in the bathroom a shower was installed.

Totally there are three bedrooms with 11 (9+2) beds in the holiday home. In addition there is a large kitchen, dining room in combination with the living room, smart-TV and fireplace (no fire allowed) as well as a bathroom.

The house has a child´s bed and child´s chair. Outside you will have a lovely seating area for cosy barbecue evenings.
