Welcome to VILLA HOJA. Situated between two quaint boutique hotels, is the small friendly community of five homes, including Villa Hoja. Stepping into your retreat, there is an open living, dining and kitchen space. The complete kitchen has a microwave, toaster, cookware, and dishwasher. The main floor also has a full bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a primary suite with a private ensuite. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom, a single bed on the top, and a single pull-out bed below. Off the kitchen is a small patio with views out to the jungle.

Upstairs is the third bedroom, a laundry closet, office nook (fiber optic wifi), and balcony. The breezy balcony is the jewel of your space; with an outdoor bar, loungers, and custom jacuzzi (or dipping pool if you prefer a cool off). Plus up the spiral staircase you will find the beautiful open air rooftop dining area. Fully relax in the warm tropical air while taking in the sweeping views of the jungle hills and neighborhood.

Ascend a few steps and enter the dreamy primary suite. Upon entering you will be greeted by the expansive jungle views from the many windows. Sink into the plush king-sized bed or relax in the hammock swing after your adventures of the day. Off the bedroom is a large walk-in closet and the grand ensuite; with an oversized bath/shower, double sinks, and dressing area. The master suite has private access to the balcony, just step out of your bedroom and the jacuzzi is ready to soothe you.

All of the bedrooms in VILLA HOJA have new quality pillow-top mattresses, and air conditioning to maximize comfort.

In front of the house is a full size basketball hoop (with basketballs), as well as the the beautiful pool (shared with one other house that almost never uses the pool). The pool has a shallow area for lounging or kids to play, and a separate attached deeper area with a slide.

Lastly, VILLA HOJA is in the perfect location. Away from the noise, crowds, and bars but still an easy 10 to 15 minute walk to the town center.

We're Luke and Sheena, and we have three awesome young boys in our lil’ family.

We love going on adventures, travelling, and meeting new people from around the world. About 15 years ago we came across the amazing town of Sayulita, and completely fell in love with the culture, amazing food, surf beach, and the whole fun vibe of the town. We decided it was time for a change and moved from Alberta, Canada to Sayulita!

Please check out ‘Our Listings’ below, we have 6 newly modeled suites complete with a kitchenette, and are only a short walking distance to the town center and beach. We would love to host you while you enjoy the town of Sayulita - and we bet you will fall in love with it as we did!

On extremely rare occasions the Villa loses power. If this occurs we have solar power which can run the standing fans, fridge, and cooktop.

The house is located above a local neighborhood, so you will hear roosters and dogs. Also please note that during national holidays you may hear a fiesta in the neighborhood.
