It’s disappointing to learn that things like the carpet safety, dull knives, TV, missing bathroom mirror, ice maker, chipped coffee pot, and the access roads caused frustration. We've forwarded your feedback to our local team so they can look into it and make sure it gets the attention it deserves. We regret that we didn’t fully meet your expectations this time. Kristin, we’re so pleased you enjoyed our cabin and its location served you well! It’s great to know you found the kitchen well-stocked and the WiFi in good working order. That said, we apologize for the issues you encountered and any disconnect in service that you felt. Our local manager assured us that the cabin has an HVAC system that works by a thermostat located in the living room. There is also a space heater for additional heat if needed. We always want our guests to be comfortable and our team would have checked the heat and brought loaner heaters had they been informed. The remotes were all checked before check-in and our Guest Services team noted that there are extra batteries in the middle drawer in the kitchen as well as an extra remote.
