South Kihei restaurants are close by, and Wailea is an easy outing when you want dinner or another beach. It is a smart choice for a small family that wants Maui's shoreline woven into every day.



The Space:

At 383 square feet, this one-bedroom, one-bath suite is an efficient beach base for up to four guests. The private lanai is the standout, with an ocean view that makes even a quick breakfast feel like part of the vacation. Inside, the kitchen handles simple meals, while air conditioning and WiFi keep the quiet hours comfortable. You also have an in-room safe for small valuables.



Guest Access:

Guests at Mana Kai Maui Resort enjoy access to the oceanfront communal pool, hot tub, and fitness center, right on one of South Kihei's finest beaches. An elevator and disabled parking spot make getting around easy, and the beachfront setting puts the sand just outside. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.



The Neighborhood:

Mana Kai Maui Resort is directly on Keawakapu Beach, at the meeting point of South Kihei and Wailea. This long stretch of sand is made for unhurried walks, a swim when ocean conditions cooperate, and an easy sunset without a drive home. Head north for South Kihei coffee, casual restaurants, and beach parks, or go south for Wailea's dining and shoreline. The location suits families who would rather spend their time deciding between the beach and the pool than mapping out a daily beach run.



Getting Around:

Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

• This is a subunit unit that can be rented along with Mana Kai Maui Resort 605, which can be rented separately.

• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

• All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

• The fitness and business center is temporarily closed due to damage sustained from Lowell.



**Please note: Restaurant Construction and Building Maintenance happening. There will be construction noise, particularly in the lobby area. However, any work will be restricted to weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with no construction activity on weekends or holidays. The lobby bathrooms will unfortunately be out of service during construction.
