BEDROOM
A restful space designed for comfort. The bedroom features a double bed with two pillows, soft bedding, and a cozy duvet — an extra pillow is available on request. Beneath the double bed, a single sliding bed pulls out, complete with its own pillow, bedding, and duvet.
A bedside table with a lamp sits beside the bed. The window is fixed (cannot open) and dressed with a curtain for privacy and light control. A wardrobe with hangers is provided, along with an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.
The room is fully air-conditioned and also has a ceiling fan. A floor mat and a dustbin with liner bag complete the space.

BATHROOM
Clean, functional, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom includes a wash basin with a mirror, a WC with a Muslim shower (hand bidet), and a multifunctional shower set connected to a water heater. Enjoy both an overhead rain-style shower and a handheld shower, with adjustable water pressure, spray patterns, and easy hot-to-cold control.
Shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper are provided, along with fresh bath towels and a wall-mounted towel rack. Basic cleaning essentials and a dustbin with liner bag are also included.

LIVING AREA
Relax, cook, work, or unwind — this living space does it all. A wall-mounted, wide-screen Full HD Smart TV and high-speed free WiFi make it easy to binge-watch or get online, while a comfortable sofa invites you to sit back and relax. The entire area is air-conditioned and also has a ceiling fan.
Kitchen & Dining: The full kitchen offers cabinet storage, an electric stove, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, an electric kettle, a microwave, and a large refrigerator. A dedicated wash basin makes cleanup simple, with hand wash liquid and dish soap provided, plus tissues on hand. Two chairs sit at a wall-mounted bar-style dining table.
Snacks & Drinks: Snacks and soft drinks are available for an additional charge.
Laundry: A smart drum washing machine handles both washing and drying, with a clothes hanging rack also provided.
Baby Crib: A baby crib is kept in the living area and can easily be moved into the bedroom if needed.
Balcony Access: A full glass sliding window opens to the open balcony, with blackout curtains available when needed.

OPEN BALCONY
Step outside to a small open balcony with a coffee table and two chairs. Smoking is permitted here, and an ashtray is provided — your own outdoor escape.

GUEST ACCESS
Your digital key grants secure access to the building's main entrance, with a 24/7 security post nearby. The same digital card activates the lift, programmed to access only your apartment floor — stair access is available to all floors if preferred. A small children's park on the ground floor is also available for guests to use.
The apartment and bedroom are accessed with a standard key from outside; once inside, the door can be secured using the hand knob. Please keep the door locked at all times, whether you're inside or outside. If you experience any trouble accessing the main door or lift, the security team is glad to assist. The entire unit is yours to enjoy with complete privacy.

Umbrella: Available on request to protect from sun or rain.
Plug adapters: 3-pin adapters available on request.
Smoking: Allowed only on the open balcony, with an ashtray provided. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
Pets: Not allowed.
Drinking water: Tap water is safe to drink and cook with, though bottled water is recommended for drinking.
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, depending on availability.
