Appartement de luxe d'une chambre

Nous sommes heureux de vous proposer cet appartement neuf et moderne au troisième étage d'un immeuble récent. L'ascenseur vous amène directement à la porte de sécurité de l'appartement qui se trouve à l'arrière du bâtiment. De là, vous pouvez entrer dans la belle salle de bain avec douche à la lumière du jour et atteindre la chambre à coucher. Il contient deux lits simples de 210x90cm chacun pour votre confort. La literie et les matelas sont de qualité hôtelière. Tout comme les serviettes et les rideaux (noirs) dans l'appartement. Notre offre comprend également un parking gratuit avec vidéosurveillance. Cet appartement dispose également d'un balcon sud. Vous pouvez voir Hum, fortica et bien d'autres spécialités de Mostar depuis le balcon. Une cuisine entièrement équipée (cuisinière, four micro-ondes, combiné réfrigérateur/congélateur, lave-linge, machine à café à capsules), un lave-linge, un fer à repasser, une connexion Wi-Fi jusqu'à 30 Mbits et une télévision avec de nombreuses chaînes de télévision internationales et un coffre-fort devraient également être mentionné pour vous donner un aperçu complet de ce à quoi vous pouvez vous attendre. Récemment, cet appartement a été officiellement classé quatre (4) étoiles. Qu'est-ce qui vous intéresse d'autre ? Cet appartement fait partie d'un immeuble nouvellement construit qui est en même temps l'un des plus beaux de tout Mostar. Vous atteignez un magasin avec tout pour vos besoins quotidiens à moins de 15 mètres, une pharmacie et une boulangerie sont à 50 et 60 mètres à côté du bâtiment. Dans l'ensemble, le bâtiment est proche de la vieille ville et du centre-ville - la réservation globale nous a donné 10 points pour l'emplacement. Le bruit n'est pas un problème, la climatisation est incluse dans la chambre et le salon. Dans l'ensemble, c'est l'endroit idéal pour mieux connaître Mostar et / ou commencer à découvrir la beauté de la nature et de l'environnement ici dans la région d'Herzégovine. Le séjour minimum dans notre appartement est d'un jour. Nous proposons également des remises hebdomadaires et mensuelles. Nicest place we have stayed at! Spacious, clean, modernized and onsite parking! Even had a washing machine in the unit. Owner was so helpful and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. Offered lots of great ideas on things to do, eat and enjoy which we unlikely would not have found on our own. 15 minutes to everything and wonderful Bakery almost next door.

Superb Apartment

The apartment was superb. It is large and very clean and comfortable. It has excellent facilities including air con, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The view from the balcony is also outstanding. Karsten was a lovely host and he spent a lot of time and effort on explaining everything that Mostar has to offer. Finally, the location is just a short walk from the railway and bus stations, and is conveniently situated for all the Mostar attractions.

Special place!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect for me, walking distance to the train/bus and old town without all the noise. The apartment was clean and welcoming. Karsten gave me excellent ideas for what to do and where to eat while I was in Mostar. He also gave me an overview of the area, pointed out some of the historic sights from the balcony, along with a quick history lesson. Speaking of the balcony, it was the perfect spot to unwind and watch the sunset after a long day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Major-league holiday!

Karsten and Azra are wonderful hosts who put so much thought and care into every part of the stay! The apartment was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The building is in a great location, close to the train station and grocery stores. Highly recommend!

Excellent and clean property that is like a 5-star hotel. Has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay for two. I would highly recommend staying here. There is a grocery store and bakery within feet from the property and it is walkable to Mostor's major old city. Beds are super comfortable and very clean. Host was very kind and attentive.

Karsten and Azra are incredibly hospitable and friendly. They went above and beyond for us and were so caring especially as one of us was unwell - it felt like we were staying with family.
