You can expect a more than 16,000m² large property in the heart of the Lüneburger Heide. The property is fully fenced and is located in the middle of nature, with a beautiful pond. The fantastic, over approx. 85 m² large house offers space for four people and is very high quality and stylishly furnished. It has two bedrooms, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. The adjacent terrace in the middle of nature makes the house your summer dream.

Location:

The property is literally in the middle of nature, in a protected landscape area, in the quiet Oldendorf. There are no direct neighbors, only forest, fields and the Örtze river surround this unique property.

Nearby there are many opportunities for various leisure activities, such as a canoe trip on the Örtze (5min walk to the boat landing Oldendorf), hiking on the Heidschnuckenweg or many other great hiking routes, a ride on horses through nature, carriage rides in the Lüneburg Heath or swimming in one of the many gravel ponds (10min walk). Fishing is also possible here (fishing license required), after obtaining a day pass, and can only be recommended!

The restaurant Gutshof im Örtzetal is only a few minutes walk away and offers excellent cuisine. But also in the neighboring Beckedorf (here I would like to emphasize the Bauernstube Meyerhöms) and Hermannsburg (5km away) there are some nice localities. Here you will also find numerous shopping facilities, pharmacies, ice cream parlors and much more!

Facilities:

The house extends over two floors. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, which invite you to feel comfortable. The room with the double bed also has a smart TV and access to the balcony, which invites you to linger. Especially beautiful, it is to enjoy the sunset here. The other bedroom consists of two single beds and offers a unique view of the pond and the former horse paddock (meadow). Further, the stylish bathroom with shower can be found here.

On the first floor there is the guest toilet and the fully equipped and spacious kitchen with a great view of the wide property. Both a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, soda stream, kettle and much more can be used here. The dining area is located in the adjoining living room, from where you have a beautiful view of the terrace. The sofa offers enough space and invites you to rest; also here is another smart TV.

The terrace (south side), overlooking the surrounding forest, offers plenty of space and is the perfect place for a cozy dinner or barbecue in the evening with a heavenly sunset. Both a fire bowl and a charcoal grill can be used here (please take extreme care here!). Since the property is located in pure nature, there may be an increased incidence of insects depending on the season. A mosquito spray or similar usually helps here.

The large property, which consists of a third each of forest, meadow and pond, offers more than enough parking space and invites you to explore (children) and relax.

Service:

The cottage is equipped with high quality Joop bed linen and towels, which is provided and included in the price. The washing machine and dryer can also be used free of charge. In addition, there is a small welcome gift on arrival.

Dogs are welcome! Since the property is fenced, this is a real paradise for the four-legged friends. Our only request is that appropriate consideration is taken in the house and the property is left as it was also found. No dogs are allowed on the sofa or on the beds. Please bring your own basket, a drinking and food bowl is available. If the dog is dirty, please clean up before entering. In case of gross dirt or damage, we reserve the right to claim and charge you for these extra (cleaning) costs.
