THE SPACE

This spacious 8-bedroom, 8.5-bath villa is designed for relaxed Caribbean living, with 2 stories, a large screened-in terrace, balconies, a private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, generous pool deck, and beautiful views of the lake and Cocotal golf course.

Inside, the villa features a contemporary Scandinavian-inspired style with white furnishings, black wood accents, glass tables, and clean, minimal décor. The main living and dining area is bright and open, creating a comfortable setting for families and groups.

Step outside to enjoy the furnished terrace, sunbeds, pool deck, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi can be heated; the pool is not heated. Guests can also enjoy a pool table indoors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated home office with a desk and 3 office chairs.

The villa includes a private chef who can prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the villa. Groceries, food, and beverages are not included.

There are 8 bedrooms total: 6 in the main house and 2 in the guest wing. Each bedroom has 1 King bed that can be separated into 2 Twin beds, air-conditioning, a TV, closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Several bedrooms also feature balconies or direct walk-out access to the pool area.

The villa sleeps up to 16 guests with 8 King beds, or up to 16 individual Twin beds when separated.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the full villa, including the private pool, Jacuzzi, screened-in terrace, pool deck, indoor living and dining areas, kitchen, home office space, billiards area, bedrooms, and guest wing.
Guests can also access certain facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Separate fees apply for resort facilities and amenities, including the golf course, golf practice facilities, restaurant and bar, mini market, swimming pool, and sports activities.

Guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club, which is reserved for property owners only.

VILLA STAFF

A villa manager will greet you upon arrival, assist with check-in, and remain available daily throughout your stay. The villa manager speaks English and Spanish and serves as your main point of contact for any questions, assistance, or additional services not arranged prior to arrival.

The villa also includes a private chef, butler, and housekeeper. The chef speaks Spanish and prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the villa. The butler speaks Spanish and English and assists with serving food and drinks, as well as general in-villa support. The housekeeper speaks Spanish and provides daily housekeeping, including cleaning, making beds, and changing towels and linens (typically every 3rd day).

After booking, our in-house concierge can assist with additional services such as airport transfers, grocery shopping, golf tee times with shared transportation, excursions, boat and yacht rentals, spa treatments, in-villa massages, transportation services, and more. Additional charges apply.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

・A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process.
・All villa guests must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club before arrival. All outside guests must also be registered, and an additional fee will be charged. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.
・The lake in front of the villa is for views only and cannot be used for swimming, boating, or any other water activities.
・The villa includes a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi can be heated, but the pool cannot.
・Food and beverages are not included in the villa rental. Groceries are not included with the private chef service.
・Staff members may reside on the property in a separate living area.
・Personal laundry service is not offered.
・Separate fees apply for resort facilities, food and beverages at restaurants or bars, sports activities, lessons, add-on services, transportation, and other optional experiences.
