BB002, BB003, BB011, and BB014 have a second bathroom, second toilet, and a fenced garden. 

BB002, BB003, BB011, BB012, and BB014 have a wood-fired hot tub, while BB002 has a jacuzzi.

BB011 and BB014 have a TV in every bedroom.




BB014 – Ground floor: 1 room on the ground floor with 2 beds together, private ensuite bathroom with a washbasin.

BB002 – Ground floor suitable for people with reduced mobility, second bathroom, and a separate toilet.

BB002 – 1st floor: 1 room on the second floor with 2 beds together, and 1 room with 2 beds apart, shared bathroom with toilet.

BB003 - Ground floor: 1 bedroom with 2 beds together, private en-suite bathroom with two washbasins, a bath/shower combination and a separate toilet

BB003 - 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds apart, shared bathroom with rain shower, toilet and two washbasins 

BB011 – All bedrooms are located on the 1st floor with a shared bathroom and toilet.

BB011 is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

BB012 – All bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, downstairs 1 bathroom with separate toilet, upstairs 1 bedroom with a washbasin.

BB003, BB011, BB012 – Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The wood-fired hottub takes 3 to 4 hours to heat up. The wood will be ready for you upon arrival. You must be present when lighting the wood-fired hottub. Instructions can be found in our Berkenrhode app.
(Unfortunately, the hottub cannot be used on the day of departure.) 

PLEASE NOTE: The hottub does not have a bubble function.

The electric hottub takes +/- 1.5 hours to heat up. Instructions can be found in our Berkenrhode app. The electric hottub will already be on for you upon arrival.
