Panoramic view and vacation at Lake Vättern

Welcome to the fifth-largest lake of Europe



With a beautiful view of the lake Vättern awaits you this lovely holiday home.

Geographically we are here between the Swedish towns of Linköping and Jönköping in a small settlement at the lake Vättern which is about 150 meters away from here.

"Soludden" is located in the locality of Kråkeryd, a small village with only a few neighbors. The property borders on a nature reserve.

To reach the water of the Vättern, you have to go just across the country and you can go swimming or fishing in the lake as you like. However, theis lake is not suited for little children.

The holiday home has been built in 2008/2009 and has a living space of 36 square meters and a studio which will not be rented out.

It consists of a large living area with kitchen corner as well as a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.

There is a clinker brick floor and underfloor heating. In the house you will have a cosy double bed and the opportunity to place an extra bed. Two armchairs, flat-screen TV and dining table belong to the furniture as well as tasteful distributed textiles which were created in the studio next door in order to provide for a harmonic atmosphere.

Both from inside and outside you will always have a nice view of the lake Vättern and the terrace which has a size of 60 square meters will give you enough room to enjoy this fantastic view of the lake, to sunbathe or to laze around.

In the surrounding you will find a lot of destinations for excursions. You can visit, for example, the bird´s lake "Tåkern", go for a fishing tour from the harbor of Hästholmen (15 km away). You can go exploring the lake Vättern while sailing or canoeing or visit the Vättern pearl of "Gränna" with its famous manufacturing plant for sticks of candy.
