Sleeps up to 4: a queen bed plus a sofa bed in the open-plan living area. Full galley kitchen, private bathroom with a bath, split-system air conditioning and a portable heater. TV, Wi-Fi and Ethernet for an easy work-from-beach setup. Self check-in by lock box, so you can arrive on your own schedule.

THE SPACE
Sleeping: a queen bed, plus a sofa bed in the living area for two more - one open-plan room, so there is no separate bedroom.
Kitchen: a full galley kitchen - cooktop and rangehood, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, cookware, crockery and wine glasses. Enough to cook properly, not just reheat.
Bathroom: private, with a bath and overhead shower, plus shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Comfort: split-system air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a portable heater.
Work: TV, Wi-Fi and a wired Ethernet connection for a reliable work-from-beach setup.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive use of the entire studio - living and sleeping area, kitchen and private bathroom. There is a private entrance and self check-in via lock box, so you can arrive on your own schedule. The building has paid coin-operated washer and dryer facilities, and there is a laundromat nearby.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment sits in the heart of Bondi Beach, close to cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. It is a flat 2 minute walk to the sand and to the scenic Bondi to Coogee coastal walk, with plenty to explore right on the doorstep.

GETTING AROUND
Bondi Beach is well connected by bus to Sydney's CBD, and the beach, shops and cafes are all within easy walking distance. Taxis and rideshares are readily available. From Sydney Airport, allow roughly thirty to forty minutes by car.

GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am, with self check-in by lock box.
Size: a compact open-plan studio - there is no separate bedroom. The sofa bed folds out in the living area.
Parking: there is no parking at the property. Limited paid street parking (2 hour maximum) is available right outside, and there is free street parking on Blair Street a 5 minute walk away.
Laundry: paid coin-operated washer and dryer in the building, plus a laundromat nearby.
No smoking and no parties or events, and we ask that you keep noise down late out of respect for the neighbours.
