If you feel like some indoor sports, you can play a round of table tennis or table football in the game and sports cellar, draw and paint at the drawing table, or simply relax on the thick mat. You can connect your music via large Bluetooth speakers.

During the construction of "De ole School," materials that are resource-efficient or recyclable were used, resulting in a small carbon footprint and without harmful by-products. The same approach applies to the heating and ventilation system: The majority of the energy for "De ole School" is provided through an air heat exchanger and distributed throughout the apartments via a low-temperature district heating network.
