The property offers four private outdoor parking spaces.

Free street parking is also available, except on Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM due to scheduled street sweeping.

Please follow all posted parking signs and do not block driveways, neighboring garages, sidewalks, entrances, or access points.

Please remove your shoes upon entering the home to help keep the floors clean and well maintained.

NO SMOKING
Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and illegal drug use are not permitted inside the home.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and properly.


NO OPEN FLAMES
Candles, incense, fireworks, and other open flames or flammable items are not permitted inside the home.

KITCHEN COURTESY
Please clean and return kitchenware after use.
Do not wash dishes or kitchenware in bathroom sinks.

SECURE THE HOME
Please lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the property and before going to bed.

REGISTERED GUESTS AND VISITORS
Only the number of overnight guests included in the reservation may stay at the property.

Please contact the host in advance regarding any visitors. Visitors must comply with all occupancy limits, parking requirements, house rules, and quiet hours.

The booking guest is responsible for the conduct of all guests and visitors associated with the reservation.


★ QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the backyard and other outdoor areas.

Parties, events, DJs, amplified music, outdoor speakers, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.

Violations of neighborhood noise regulations may result in fines, additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property, as permitted by applicable laws, community rules, and Vrbo policies.


POOL, SPA, AND BACKYARD RULES
We hope you enjoy the private pool, spa, garden, and backyard. Please follow these guidelines to keep the outdoor areas safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Pool, spa, and backyard hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.

Please do not use the outdoor areas outside these hours in order to respect our neighbors and community quiet-hour requirements.


POOL AND SPA SAFETY
There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool, spa, backyard, and outdoor areas at their own risk.

• All minors must remain under the direct and continuous supervision of a responsible adult.
• Children and anyone who cannot swim must be supervised at all times.
• The booking guest assumes full responsibility for the supervision, safety, and conduct of all minors in the group.
• No running, pushing, rough play, or diving is permitted.
• Wet surfaces may be slippery. Please use caution.
• Glass containers are not permitted in or around the pool or spa area.
• Food is not permitted inside the pool or spa.
• Please rinse off excess sunscreen, oils, sand, or dirt before entering the water whenever possible.
• Do not use the pool or spa while impaired by alcohol, medication, or other substances.


SPA USE AND POOL EQUIPMENT
Advance notice is required to activate or use the spa or Jacuzzi.

A $50 fee per use applies whenever the spa or Jacuzzi is activated or used.

The waterfall and spa cannot operate at the same time.

Guests must not operate, adjust, reset, or interfere with any pool or spa equipment, including control panels, heaters, pumps, valves, timers, or related systems.

Damage or malfunction caused by unauthorized operation may result in additional repair charges.


BACKYARD COURTESY
• Please leave outdoor furniture in its designated location.
• Do not climb trees, walls, fences, or landscaping features.
• Please keep the backyard clean and dispose of trash properly.
• Loud conversations, shouting, music, and disruptive outdoor gatherings are not permitted during quiet hours.


SAFETY AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
Guests are responsible for supervising everyone in their group and for using the home, pool, spa, backyard, and outdoor areas safely.

Please take reasonable care of personal belongings during your stay. Before checkout, check all rooms, drawers, closets, bathrooms, and outdoor areas for personal items.

We cannot guarantee that forgotten belongings can be located, stored, or returned.


NEIGHBORHOOD CONDUCT AND GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

By confirming this reservation, all guests agree to follow applicable laws, house rules, parking requirements, and quiet hours, and to respect the peaceful residential character of the neighborhood.

The booking guest is responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests and approved visitors during the stay.
