•⁠ ⁠No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. (unless otherwise specified)
•Unauthorized gatherings, parties, and smoking (indoors ) are strictly prohibited to maintain the peace of our quiet, family community. Violations of these rules will be handled according to the terms of your agreement.
•⁠ ⁠Events occurring outside the walls of our house are beyond the control of the Host.
•⁠ ⁠The Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to address any issues. We will provide ample notice in advance to minimize any inconvenience.
•⁠ ⁠The guest acknowledges having read that older or renovated properties may show signs of wear and tear.
