The Mansion House reservation includes all six individually designed guest suites located inside The Empress of Little Rock, an 1888 Gothic Queen Anne mansion in the heart of Little Rock. Your group will have private use of all six guest suites, accommodating up to 12 overnight guests across four king beds and two queen beds.

Beyond the bedrooms, guests may enjoy the remarkable shared spaces of The Empress of Little Rock, including the grand foyer, formal dining room, ladies' parlor, gentlemen's parlor, library, sweeping staircase, veranda, Secret Garden, and historic grounds. Towering ceilings, ornate woodwork, stained glass, antique furnishings, carved details, and the mansion's unmistakable turret make this far more than a conventional vacation rental.

Please note that The Empress of Little Rock remains an operating historic boutique hotel. Your six Mansion House guest suites are reserved exclusively for your group, but the mansion's common areas are shared hotel spaces. Guests staying in the separate Carriage House may occasionally enter the Mansion House to enjoy the parlors, library, veranda, garden, breakfast service, or other approved hotel amenities.

Most Mansion House groups still experience a high degree of privacy, but exclusive use of the common areas is not guaranteed.

A discreet on-site innkeeper resides in a private apartment within The Empress of Little Rock. The innkeeper does not share your accommodations and is accustomed to giving guests their space, while remaining available if assistance is needed.

All six Mansion House suites are located upstairs and require the use of stairs. There is no elevator access to the guest suites.

The commercial kitchen, staff areas, innkeeper's private apartment, Carriage House guest rooms, and other restricted spaces are not included.

A Mansion House lodging reservation does not include permission to hold a wedding, reception, party, commercial photoshoot, or other event. The Empress of Little Rock regularly hosts private celebrations and special events, but advance approval, a separate agreement, and additional fees may be required. Please contact us before booking if your plans include visitors who are not registered overnight guests.
