Welcome to Sunswept 607—a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Step into the inviting living area, where comfortable furnishings and beautiful Gulf views create the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. Sliding glass doors lead to a private Gulf-front balcony overlooking the sugar-white sand and emerald waters, providing the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with the sound of the waves. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, making it easy to gather with family and friends.

The primary bedroom features a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a beautifully updated walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two Double beds, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests. Two full bathrooms ensure comfort and convenience for everyone during their stay.

The outdoor pool is a centerpiece of relaxation and fun. It's a perfect spot to cool off, enjoy a swim, or lounge poolside with a good book. Beyond the comforts of the complex, SunSwept's prime location puts you within walking distance of local shopping and dining options.

The price of one parking pass is included in your total. To purchase a 2nd pass, you must contact our office before arrival

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

This was perfect for what we needed. Nothing too extraordinary about the place but it was comfortable and a great location to shops, beach, restaurants. There were little things about the place that are just normal for being in a rental but the kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home and accommodation were satisfactory.

The condo was very clean and provided even more than we expected . The view from our balcony was breath taking and we witnessed dolphins on a couple occasions while enjoying the balcony. This was a perfect week getaway. We will be visiting again in the future.

Very clean wonderful condo

Went to OBA with sisters for an annual trip. We have stayed at Sunswept a few times. This was the best unit we have been in. Very clean, lots of updates, showers worked well. It was great, we will be book again in the future. Thank you.

Great unit right on the beach.

Sunswept is squeezed in between some larger condominiums, but our unit on the sixth floor had a private balcony with a terrific view of the ocean. This unit was clean and well-stocked. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

SunSwept was a relaxing getaway with a beautiful ocean front view! At check in everyone was extremely helpful and kind. We enjoyed being within walking distance to restaurants and some stores. The condo was just as it appears in the photos and was the perfect size for our family of 4. We will definitely be back!
