Casa Joaquina 3 is a very nice and cosy holiday home for up to 4 people with a fenced and therefore childproof 7.5 x 3.5 metre private pool. The covered terrace, a furnished pergola and the brick barbecue invite you to spend unforgettable hours outdoors.
The spacious living/dining room is furnished with 2 sofas and a dining table with 6 chairs. An open fireplace is available for the colder months and there are 2 pedestal fans for the warmer months. A WIFI connection and SAT TV are also available.
The kitchen is well equipped. Dishwasher, washing machine and microwave are available.
There are 2 bedrooms. One has a double bed (135 cm) and the second has 2 single beds (90 cm each). Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
The bathroom is modern and equipped with a spacious shower cubicle.
The location of the house is very quiet even in the summer months. Conil is around 4 kilometres away and the nearest beach is 2 kilometres away.
