A separate bedroom includes a cozy bunk bed, also equipped with a TV. The kitchen comes with a dining area for four and a kitchenette with an oven, while the bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and WC.

Guests have access to additional amenities such as a communal swimming pool, a table tennis room, and various laundry facilities available in House D (for a fee). Two parking spaces are reserved outside for the apartment. Important note: Pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
