The outdoor space at Seascape Reserve is made for enjoying the energy and views of Lake of the Ozarks. Settle into the large lakefront outdoor area, where seating includes space for eight to dine plus a couch and chairs for relaxing. An electric outdoor grill makes it easy to add a casual cookout to the day while taking in the main-channel scenery. When it is time to get closer to the water, head to the docks for boating, swimming, or fishing, or spend the afternoon at the community's heated pool.

Comfortable Lakefront Living
Inside, Seascape Reserve combines comfortable gathering areas with an impressive lakefront setting. The living space features beautiful water views and a mini bar that gives everyone an easy place to gather between outings. The kitchen includes an island with four bar stools along with a dining table seating four, creating plenty of options for meals and conversation. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two king beds, and one queen bed, the layout works especially well for families and groups of friends traveling together.

Things to Do Nearby at Lake of the Ozarks
Located in Osage Beach near the 20MM, Seascape Reserve puts you in a prime central-lake location for boating, dining, shopping, golf, and family fun. Cruise the lake to waterfront restaurants and marinas, explore nearby coves, or spend the day swimming and fishing before returning to the condo. Osage Beach also offers convenient access to Lake of the Ozarks State Park, golf courses, family attractions, restaurants, and entertainment throughout the area. Whether your plans center around the water or exploring by road, this location makes it easy to experience both sides of Lake of the Ozarks.

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
