The stunning modern Villa A is located in Fazana, just 100 meters from the beach and has an impressive infinity pool overlooking the sea. The interior features a clean, modern design and a very warm style that gives you a feeling of paradise.

With a total living space of 360 m2, it can accommodate up to 8+2 people and is perfect for families or groups of friends. It has 5 luxury bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Four of these have a double bed and one has two single beds that can be connected if necessary. On the ground floor you will be enchanted by a modern, bright open living room with a modern, spacious fireplace and a view of the pool and garden.

The kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In the villa there is a gym and sauna.

The covered outdoor grill tempts you to cook delicious meals at any time of the day. There is a swimming pool of 40 m2 surrounded by sun loungers and from the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the beautiful Brijuni Islands.

The pool can be heated for additional costs.

There is also a children's playground for our younger guests.

In Fažana you will find all the necessary facilities such as shops, cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and everything is within walking distance. Opposite the house is the famous Istrian restaurant Alla Beccaccia with a Michelin recommendation, offering delicious traditional dishes. Fažana is a small, romantic and quiet place not far from Pula. There are beautiful pebble and sandy beaches along the coast, ideal for families with children. From the harbor a boat departs to Istria's only national park, Brijuni National Park - a group of islands and islets rich in flora and fauna. Here you can enjoy nature, ride bikes, play golf, hike and visit numerous museums and archaeological sites, and perhaps the most interesting attraction is the safari park with animals.
