76 km to the northeast from Joensuu, lake Koitere 25 m (163.667 km²), a low gently sloping child friendly beach. At the end of the pier approx. 2 m, private beach, pier, and boat with an electric motor. In addition, there is a wooden boat shared with the neighbor. The boat is located on the border of the plots and can be used whenever it is free. The owner rents a motorboat with a 30 hp engine for an additional price.

Log cabin 1997. Living room/kitchen, double bed in the bedroom, double bed and 3 beds in the spacious loft (50 m²), wood-heated sauna, glazed porch, balcony. Child gates at the top of the loft stairs. Airfryer in the kitchen. Wi-Fi 4G.
