Pool Use is scheduled for Tuesday-Friday (excluding holidays)
- Weekends and holidays are exclusively for residents and owners.
- Closed every Monday for Maintenance and Sanitation except when Monday is a holiday, the maintenance shall be done the following day
- A maximum of three (3) registered guests per unit can use the swimming pool for free. Any additional guests will need to pay ₱300 per person.

Other things to note
Upon confirmation of reservations, all guests are requested to provide the ff:
1. Copy of their valid ID ;
2. Acknowledge/ Signed Acceptance of the HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS as mandated by Uptown Parksuites Condominium at minimum one day prior to the scheduled check-in date.

This information is necessary to complete the required guest's endorsement with the property management office.
Upon arrival at the building reception, you will be asked to present your valid ID for verification purposes.

** Paid parking is available inside the building for an additional fee, subject to availability.

2. Uptown Mall

We’re online daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00PM and happy to help with any questions or concerns. In case of emergencies, we’ll respond as quickly as possible.

Visitor Policy
Please inform us of all visitors upon booking and submit valid IDs so we can complete building endorsement. Visitors count toward the unit’s capacity, and those arriving at 10 PM or later without prior endorsement will be denied entry.

NO daily cleaning, towel/linen renewal nor amenities replenishment during your stay.
