Villa Stella Di Mare - une luxueuse villa en bord de mer

Imaginez une promenade matinale le long d'une plage déserte. Un après-midi paresseux a passé la sieste dans un hamac ombragé de palmiers. Pêche, plongée en apnée, plongée et ramassage de coquillages juste devant votre porte d'entrée. Souper de homard frais de la mer. Se coucher avec les fenêtres ouvertes et s'endormir au son des vagues qui clapotent doucement le rivage.

La villa Stella Di Mare est située dans un emplacement naturel en bord de mer sur plus de deux hectares de plage de sable blanc en bord de mer au milieu de fleurs tropicales et de palmiers luxuriants. Situé directement sur le front de mer avec l'un des meilleurs récifs coralliens du monde à la vue, Stella Di Mare offre une excellente intimité. La Villa est à distance de marche de restaurants décontractés et raffinés et d'un complexe à service complet avec un magasin de plongée PADI cinq étoiles et un service d'excursions.

Oui, Stella Di Mare est vraiment une «star de la mer». Imaginer... Stella Di Mare est une luxueuse villa de quatre chambres, trois salles de bain, privée, en bord de mer située sur Ambergris Caye à quatre miles et demi au nord de la ville de San Pedro. Il offre des vues mémorables, de l'intimité et une commodité inégalée, ainsi que des vues à couper le souffle sur l'océan et le lagon à 360 degrés depuis la véranda du troisième étage avec une grande palapa et un bain à remous. Nous avons ajouté une belle piscine privée personnalisée avec bord à débordement qui fait face à l'océan! Et maintenant doté d'un accès Internet sans fil!

Le deuxième étage comprend deux suites parentales avec salle de bain privée et climatisation, ainsi qu'un salon coloré et une véranda sans rendez-vous. Au niveau inférieur, profitez de la cuisine complète avec armoires personnalisées en acajou, bar à petit-déjeuner, coin salle familiale et véranda sans rendez-vous, ainsi que deux autres chambres avec climatisation et une salle de bain complète. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond. La villa est joliment décorée avec des bois durs béliziens, des carreaux peints à la main et des détails du monde entier, et est entièrement équipée. 8 couchages.

Perfect home away from home

The property was well maintained and had everything we needed for 2 families traveling with teenagers. Victor and Naomi and their two sweet dogs live on the property and do an excellent job caretaking and Victor expertly showed us how to open cocunuts. They location is ideal and the pool was a highlight!

Family vacation in San Pedro

Our family of 7 fit very comfortably in this luxurious beachfront property. We loved our stay and our hosts were fantastic. Victor and Neomi made sure our every need was.met and referred us to.our excursionist. Loved everything about our stay.the house is approximately 15-20 mins north of town, which meant we spent more time by the pool. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay

We loved staying at Stella di Mare!! Victor and Naomi were welcoming and kind. Beautiful view of the water. Hot tub was so nice. Highly recommend having Sarita at Caribbean Cooking Creations bring food to your rental. It was 60 USD per person and a lot of food!

Amazing!!!

Not sure where to start. This place was beautiful. The house itself has a gorgeous pool with spectacular views. The caretaker Victor and his wife are the most amazing and accommodating people. Anything we needed from all day boat adventure to massages by the pool they made it happen. We had 8 adults in our group and everyone absolutely enjoyed their stay. I would recommend this place and can't wait to return. needed

Beautiful house and grounds

Listing is accurate - the house and grounds are beautiful and the caretakers are lovely. Victor picked and cut up fresh coconuts for my daughter. The pool is wonderful. Unfortunately, like so much of the Caribbean now, the beach and water were full of sargassum. They did their best to try to keep the beach clean, but you can’t really fight it.

Beautiful Paradise

This house is just perfect. Every detail has been thought out- down to beach toys for the kids, kayaks and paddle boards that are always available, even an outdoor faucet to rinse sandy feet, and a clothesline to hang you wet snorkel gear and beach towels. Victor and Naomi are the most gracious and helpful hosts. This is our third trip to Ambergris Caye and our favorite house by far! We will be back!

Family Honeymoon Stay

Beautiful well cared for property. The pool was perfect and we loved the hot tub on the roof as well. Very quiet, peaceful area. Enjoyed eating at the many local places such as Sol Cafe, Tipsey Lobster, the swim up bar just 3 doors down. Our care taker Victor and his wife for stellar, always available and willing to answer any questions! For some of us this was our 4th trip to San Pedro, and we will be back!

Family Trip

We traveled here with two family groups. The house was great for two families and we had more than enough space for 4 adults and 5 children. The pool was a great retreat. The grounds and house were kept very clean. It is only about a 15 minute golf cart trip to downtown, but it is an easy drive. There are great restaurants very close (less than a 5 minute drive). We were very happy with our stay, and would recommend it.

The property is stunning! The pool is large and well taken care of. Beds are great. The location is 20 minutes to town or secret beach. There is a lot to explore going North.too. The care keepers are super nice people . Naomi cleans the house 6 days aweek. It felt like our private resort.

We had an amazing stay here for Christmas 2023 ! Randy the owner was very helpful and responsive and the house managers who live on site were the most wonderful people - Victor & Noami ❤️ they made sure we had everything we needed and even had a friend come by each morning with home-made burritos. The people in Belize were very welcoming and we made memories to last a lifetime. House and property are gorgeous and look just like the pictures !!! We will be back !

Lovely home and beautiful view

We had a fabulous time at Stella Di Mare. Naomi and Victor are amazing and took such great care of us. It was a perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy. We liked the location away from San Pedro and close enough to great bars and restaurants without having to go into town. We sat looking at the water each morning while drinking our coffee and enjoying breakfast burritos we got from the local vendor that rides his bike by each day. Be sure to have your golf carts arranged with them as well so easy and cheap. Thanks for a great stay

Awesome Ambergris Caye

Our family of five had a wonderful time at Stella di Mare. The house was as described and immaculate(!), the pool enormous and one of the best we’ve ever rented, the communications with the owner speedy, reliable and thorough, and the onsite caretakers very accommodating and informative. The location was just far enough from the busy “city” of San Pedro, but not so far north to be inconvenient. The view from the property is breathtaking, just everything you would hope for on a tropical island. Thank you!!

Absolutely wonderful! So peaceful and so beautiful!

From the moment we booked Stella Di Mare it was the easiest VRBO ever! Randy, the owner, Victor and Naomi the caretakers were absolutely lovely every step of the way! And of course, the home was beautiful and in the most stunning setting… What a wonderful vacation… The insane amount of fishing, my husband and children did and the snorkeling and scuba diving we all did was incredible! The pool is AMAZING! So relaxing. We will definitely go back… we haven’t been gone for more than 48 hours and we miss it already!

A week in paradise

6 adult family members just spent a week at this villa, and it was nothing short of perfect! The house is exactly as pictured and there were no hidden surprises. The pool is beautiful, the grounds around the house are very well kept, the kitchen has just about everything you could need, the AC works well and the beds are extremely comfortable. Getting picked up at the end of the dock for excursions was fantastic! Randy’s quick re ply to any questions we had, was much appreciated as well. Lastly, the property caretakers, Victor and Naomi are absolutely the kindest people I have ever met. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend this villa!
