This holiday home is located on the owner's property, but is completely closed off by a fence, guaranteeing privacy. The living room is cozy and furnished with a flat screen television, dining room table with 4 chairs and a comfortable 3-seater sofa. This sofa is also used as a sofa bed if you are staying here with more than 2 people. The house has underfloor heating, so it is also a nice place to stay in the winter months.
The modern kitchen is equipped with complete kitchen inventory, refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, combination microwave, kettle and coffee maker (filter).
 
The bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, bathroom furniture and heating is also located on the ground floor. There is also a washing machine in the house.
 
The bedroom and separate sleeping area are located on the first floor. The bedroom has a single bed (90x200) and clothes rack. The sleeping area is located on the landing, which you can reach directly when you come up the stairs. This space is protected by a stair gate.
 
The bedroom has a double bed (box spring) with 2 single duvets, bedside tables, sink with mirror and a chest of drawers.
 
The terrace is equipped with a garden table and garden chairs and offers complete privacy through the neat fence. The terrace can be closed and you can also park your bicycles here (so there is no storage room at the house).
 
A high chair and cot are available as standard.
 
Upon arrival you will receive 1 digital "parking permit" for the license plate number you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
