8/28/14 Spa pour 2 personnes commuté pour 4 personnes.

3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de Park Lleras, cuisine, salon et chambres tous AC'd. Terrasse sur le toit avec bar, 4 salles de bains. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain en suite. Le toit a une salle de bain sociale. Cet appartement peut ĂȘtre combinĂ© avec un appartement au-dessous de celui-ci vrbo # 498181. Pour 6 chambres. Il y a trĂšs peu de ces options dans medellin. Peu importe quelque chose d'aussi agrĂ©able et d'emplacement, Ă©tant si proche du parc mais pas Ă  portĂ©e de voix. La vue depuis le toit est magnifique. Le bar a un Ă©vier, une chaĂźne stĂ©rĂ©o, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et un Ă©cran plat. Recevoir ici serait gĂ©nial. Vous pouvez devenir un peu plus fort ici que dans la plupart des endroits. Nous sommes propriĂ©taires du bĂątiment. Il y a un parking payant au coin de la rue. La rue est trĂšs sĂ»re. Votre penthouse est au 4Ăšme Ă©tage de notre immeuble. Les chambres sont toutes de grands lits. Un roi et deux reines. La cuisine a Ă©tĂ© construite pour ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e par le propriĂ©taire lorsqu'il Ă©tait en ville. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de cuisines comme celle-ci en ville.

THANKSGIVING VACATION

If your all about partying and have a good time, this is your place. Absolutely know issues with noise, number of guests, music, etc.. Also, the other apartments in the building are partying and having fun... Dogs and roosters make noise all night.

Week long trip

Place was ok. Could use a refresher. A little rundown. Lots of early construction noises next door all week running the sleep. Even on the weekends. 730am Great location otherwise with walking distance to Provenza and El Pablado areas. Could use more instructions on tvs etc. could get it too work except living room. Market, coffee close by and good Argentinian steakhouse on the street.

Great spot but don’t expect much after you get the keys

I have stayed at many vacation properties and respect many of these are businesses who are there to make money. However, there is also a cost with abrasive customer service and lack of follow through. I don’t have any issues with this property, it’s spacious and centrally located for Medellin. Everything was in good working order with the exception of the water temperature consistency (not a complete problem if you like scolding hot or cold showers). The only thing I can say for the property management is to have a little understanding for foreign visitors to your property. I come to Medellin every month and stay in these properties but if I am not spoken to with respect or if I’m treated as I’m a problem when I ask simple questions, I won’t be a repeat customer. The only issue with the property I had was the grill would not light. I was told someone would be by that day but it took three days for someone to show up and ask about it; by then, we didn’t need the grill anymore and cooked inside. One good thing about the staff is Santiago, he was timely and very nice. I recommend everyone communicate with him vs top level management, it’s much more pleasant.

The review I wish I saw

This is a clean cut review of the stay I had at this property and it is one I wish someone would have left for me. The first day we arrived I was not able to get ahold of anybody for an hour and twenty minutes to check in and than when I finally did get ahold of the owner who by the way is very rude and mocks you like when u ask or request something wrong with the property. So let’s get into detail the roof was leaking massively by the stairs that goes to the rooftop and would leave huge puddles of water, the master bedroom window was also leaking water at a fast pace and most of my towels went to trying to control the floods that did damage some personal belongings. If u open any windows u have absolutely no privacy and there are dogs in the building that bark all day and night no exaggeration. The shower situation was by far the worst the hot water would last for one minute than you are literally taking an ice cold shower now I’ve been to medellin numerous times so I know hot water is not an issue. There was no spare blankets and the apartment was infested with ants. The Wifi was absolutely horrible to the point to where you don’t even have it. The jacuzzi had what look to be semen in it. Overall this place was my least favorite ever in medellin

Pictures need to be updated as the views on roof top are now obstructed. Beds and mattresses are very uncomfortable. Expected better quality for price we are paying. Hot water only lasted for about 2 minutes. Which I read in other reviews. Location was great but area is busy and lots of noise.

Excellent location, somewhat poorly built and maintained.

Walking distance to amazing shopping, sights, and dining. Adequate towels, dishes, and appliances. On the negative side, it sounded like the downstairs neighbors were in the same room (and partying until 5:30 am). About 1/3 of the light bulbs were missing or broken, and we had little to no hot water. However, the maintenance man, Andrés, was very responsive and attentive both times we called.

Great 3 bedroom apartment

Great location, walking distance from Parque Lleras. The plancha is where we hung out most of the time. Nice view, sounds system, fridge and sink up there as well. would recommend it to anyone. We might stay here again next time we go to Medellin

If you want to be in Party Central, book here

The apartment itself is fine, not great, but clean and everything works. It was the neighbours that were a problem. The whole building is owned by one person and he rents the suites out to vacationers. The unit below ours was rented by a group of 5 guys who started partying at 10:00 am and went non-stop to 6:00 am. For three nights in a row! I admire their stamina, but it would have be nice if they had gone out instead of partying in the apartment the whole time. The clouds of marijuana smoke billowing into our unit from a large open vent between the suites was enough to choke you. I cannot recommend this place for anyone but party animals. Good access to Parque Lleres, not bad to transit. Tons of good restaurants and bars close by. Just don't be looking to sleep.

Penthouse on calle 8 close to everything

I was in need of an apartment for me and 2 of my friends for 3 nights. This property looked pretty good from the photos. To my surprise the photos did not do the property justice. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook. There was a wet bar in the living room with refrigerator. The entire apartment had AC, living room as well as bedrooms. Very nice on hot days. The master was large and the bed comfortable, and the other 2 bedrooms were very nice as well and all have privet baths. The roof bar with TV ice maker and drink frige was a great place to just sit and look at the city and have drinks in the evening. It has an incredible view of the Medellin valley. Although the bedroom on the roof is the smallest I liked it the best. Privet with amazing views. There are probably 50 restaurants within walking distance and park Lleras is 3 blocks away. Very nice place to stay.
