Beautiful family apartment with rooftop terrace & pool

Welcome to Casa Julie – your cosy family apartment with a spacious rooftop terrace and pool! Our lovingly furnished holiday home is located in a private residential complex in Cales de Mallorca, just a few minutes from beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shops.

The apartment offers space for up to four guests and is ideal for families or couples looking for comfort and relaxation. There are two comfortable bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The open-plan living and dining area with a large sofa is perfect for unwinding, and the fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room provides everything you need during your stay.

Bedroom setup:

- Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a double bed (180 × 200 cm).

- Second bedroom: By default, two single beds (80 × 200 cm each). For bookings with fewer than 4 guests, we provide one single bed (80 × 200 cm). On request, we can also set up the second bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm).

In the second bedroom you will find a workspace with a height-adjustable desk.

A special highlight is the 50 sqm rooftop terrace – ideal for a relaxed breakfast under the sky, cosy barbecue evenings, sunbathing, or letting the kids play freely. From the balcony, you can also keep an eye on the communal pool, so older children who can swim safely are never out of sight.

The well-maintained complex includes not only the pool but also two shared jacuzzis and a private parking space directly on the property. To ensure year-round comfort, Casa Julie is equipped with air conditioning for the summer and infrared heaters for cosy warmth in winter.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a hand blender, and an air fryer. For families with young children, a bottle warmer is also available.

To ensure our little guests feel just as welcome, we’ve thoughtfully furnished the apartment for families: a high chair, a travel cot with a high-quality mattress, children's tableware, a baby food warmer, and beach toys are all provided. The travel cot is available free of charge upon request. For entertainment, there is a smart satellite TV with German-language channels.

The service fee of €120.00 includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels (including beach towels). Additionally, the Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies: €2.20 per night during the high season, €0.55 in the low season. From the 9th night onwards, there is a 50% discount. Children under 16 are exempt. Payment is also made in cash upon arrival.
