RoDo - small quiet condo on the A8 with balcony

Welcome to our small, city‑close apartment with excellent access to the A8, the trade fair, and much more.

This self‑catering accommodation is located on the top floor of our sound‑sensitive house and is accessible via a separate outdoor staircase. You should therefore be sure‑footed and comfortable with heights.

The condo comfortably accommodates 1–2 adults.

The apartment features a living kitchen, a bedroom with a workspace, a spacious bathroom, and a sunny balcony. All rooms offer privacy thanks to lockable doors.

**BEDROOM**
A 140 cm double bed with a firm mattress, plenty of drawer storage, and a small workspace for getting things done.

**BATHROOM**
A toilet, a spacious rain shower, and a small bathtub for relaxing. In the bathroom cabinet, you’ll find a hairdryer, washing supplies, and cleaning products.

**LIVING KITCHEN**
Here you’ll find a smart TV and a corner sofa that easily converts into a sofa bed.
A small kitchenette with appliances helps you prepare your meals (fridge with freezer compartment, oven with tray and rack, microwave, electric stove, sink, Senseo coffee machine, and kettle).
Plates, dishes, bowls, cleaning supplies, and everything else you might need are provided.




**LOCATION**
The train station and city center are about a 13‑minute walk away (~1 km).
By car, it’s only 2 minutes to the A8.




**Please note before booking:**
- The apartment is located in the attic. It can get very warm in summer.
- To enter the apartment, you must climb a steep outdoor staircase with your luggage. This may be difficult for people with mobility issues.
- The apartment is **not child‑safe** and, due to the steep stairs and the balcony, **not suitable for small children** (risk of falling).
