Fantastic apartment

We (a family of 4) stayed in this apartment for 5 days in August 24. The apartment was one of the best holiday rentals we have ever had, and was a real home from home with plenty of space and everything we could have needed was provided. Sabine was an excellent host - she gave us lots of helpful information about the local area, places to eat and things to do. We used some of her recommendations during our stay and they were all excellent suggestions. We loved Nuremberg and really enjoyed the city.

Beautiful space within the city walls

The space was as nice as pictured. Easy walk to all of Nuremberg's attraction within the city wall. Sabine was super friendly and helpful. A wonderful lady. There is some stair climbing involved. If you have physical limitations this may not be the best fit. Overall A+

Wunderbare Zeit in NĂŒrnberg

Die Wohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig und geschmackvoll/modern ausgestattet. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die zentrale Lage war perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Man hört ein wenig das bunte Treiben in der Straße aber das gehört zu einer zentralen Lage dazu. Frau KĂŒhn hat uns herzlich empfangen und viele Tips fĂŒr den Aufenthalt gegeben. Vielen Dsnk!

Tolles und großes Apartment am Splittlertorturm

Wir hatten hier zu fĂŒnft einen super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und super ausgestattet. Der check-in war sehr einfach und angenehm. Es gab noch Tipps, was man sich wo am Besten ansehen kann. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß schnelle und einfach zu erreichen. NatĂŒrlich ist es eine belebte Gegend, sodass es am Wochenende Abends etwas kaut werden kann. Daran sollte man achten, wenn jemand einen leichten Schlaf hat. Aber ansonsten - Super!

Schöne große Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Man hat mit bis zu 6 Personen jede Menge Platz und die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wir wurden sehr freundlich begrĂŒĂŸt und mit ersten nĂŒtzlichen Tips versorgt.

Wonderful apartment in the old city in a great location

Sabine was a wonderful host! We reached out to see if we could check in early and Sabine was very accommodating. She sat with us for 30 minutes to review the apartment and things to do given our tight agenda. The apartment itself was HUGE and very modern. Very comfortable! The bathroom especially was very cool. Wonderful tub, huge shower, etc. Windows everywhere throughout the apartment so lots of light. The bedrooms had comfortable beds. The kitchen was great with a great Nespresso machine - we love espresso! We liked the large balcony with a table that we used for morning coffees! The location of the apartment in the Altstadt was great! Busy doner kebab restaurant downstairs and several other Turkish restaurants nearby, even a shisha/hookah cafe! The 1km walk to the Hauptmarkt takes you along a fantastic fussgangerzone with lots of shops and cafes. And old town Nurnberg is a fantastic town - we were so impressed with all the sightseeing! The only things to make note of is that the apartment is in a busy location, and the cafe downstairs can be quite loud. However, the high 3rd floor location and great windows and shade block out all the noise and light. And also, that 3rd floor location can be tough at the end of the day given there is no elevator, but that is part of the charm. That said, these were not really problems for us (couple ~50 yo, mother ~75 yo, daughter 9 yo). Overall we had a wonderful time and our only complaint is we only had 2 nights here.

Wunderschöne, stylishe und luxuriöse Ferienwohnung mitten in der Altstadt

Diese Ferienwohnung ist die schickste, in der wir je waren. Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass man Lust bekommt lĂ€nger zu bleiben (oder fĂŒr immer einzuziehen). Wir waren zu einem Großfamilientreffen zu sechst angereist und hatten in der Wohnung jede Menge Platz und Freiraum. Die Lage direkt an der Stadtmauer in der Altstadt ist auch sehr praktisch und schön - das etwas lebhafte Nachtleben hat uns gar nicht gestört, weil die Wohnung im dritten Stock ist und die Fenster gut schließen. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern.

3-Generationen-Familientreffen

Sehr schöne, sehr saubere, gepflegte, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die die Ungenauigkeiten in der Ausstattungsbeschreibung sofort ausgeglichen hat (Wir wollten einen Geburtstagskuchen backen und leider gab es nicht wie angegeben ein HandrĂŒhrgerĂ€t; jetzt gibt es eines (danke nochmal!)). Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Imbiss-GerĂŒche von unten sind deutlich wahrnehmbar, haben uns wegen des kalten Wetters aber nicht gestört. Einziges Manko fĂŒr uns: Die Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer kann man nicht wirklich als vollwertige Betten betrachten. Sonst aber wirklich top, deshalb trotzdem 5 Sterne!

Eine großzĂŒgige Wohnung am Rande der Altstadt

Eine tolle Wohnung, wenn man einige Tage in NĂŒrnberg verbringen möchte. Die Besitzerin hat uns schon vor der Anreise hilfreiche Tips zukommen lassen, die Übergabe war Ă€ußerst freundlich und informativ. Wir waren nur zu zweit aber auch sechs Personen (drei gleichwertige Schlafzimmer) kommen auf Grund der GrĂ¶ĂŸe des Wohnzimmers sicher gut zu recht. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die LĂŒfung des Kebab-Restaurant im Erdgeschoß dĂŒrfte völlig unterdimensioniert sein, sodass es bei offenem Fenster zum Teil zu einer unangenehmen GeruchsbelĂ€stigung kommt.

Fantastic Apartment in the Old Town

Sabine is a fantastic host. Communication was great from the time I made the booking for my family and right through our stay. She met us on arrival, showed us through the apartment and suggested some things to add to our plan for our time in Nuremberg. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Very good apartment

The host was very responsive and very nice department was more than I’ve ever thought I would need and very newly renovated. I would stay here anytime. It is very nice conveniently located downtown.

A Gem near Old Town

We spent two nights in Sabine's lovely apartment. She welcomed us with a refrigerator full of cold beers, coffee and tea for the morning, and a bowl of sweets. The kitchen is very well appointed -- it holds almost anything you might need for cooking. In addition, the entire apartment is extraordinarily clean and beautifully decorated. The air circulation and light from the many windows made our stay incredibly comfortable. Best of all, the location is perfect -- we could easily walk to Old Town Nuremberg, shopping, and restaurants. We highly recommend this wonderful property, and would definitely stay again if we return to Nuremberg!
