Appartamento Andrì by Theater Home - recently renovated and equipped with every comfort

In the heart of Tignale, in the hamlet of Prabione, Andrì is an elegant and cozy retreat, perfect for a holiday surrounded by nature, relaxation, and comfort. Fully renovated in 2025, this 55 m² one-bedroom apartment blends the authentic charm of stone walls with stylish modern furnishings, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.



Located on the ground floor, the apartment comfortably hosts 2 to 4 guests. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.



Guests can enjoy a full range of amenities to feel completely at home: induction hob, oven, German-style coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. Everything you need for a carefree stay. Free parking is available about 100 meters away.



Its location is ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts: just a few steps away are the municipal swimming pool (free for our guests from mid-June to the end of August), a brand-new playground, the Alto Garda Park Visitor Center, and a cozy bar with a small local shop. From here, it’s easy to explore scenic trails, hiking routes, and countless outdoor activities—or simply enjoy the peaceful beauty of the surrounding nature.
