Maison au bord de l'eau sur la riviÚre Spokane à Spokane (cÎté est du porte-voix), à 12 minutes du centre-ville de Spokane et à environ 20 minutes de la CDA.

La maison dispose de 5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains (ou 3 chambres / 2. 5 salles de bains) et 2 cuisines complÚtes. Les chambres du niveau supérieur sont toutes des reines et les deux chambres du niveau inférieur sont des rois (l'une a également un lit gigogne dans la trÚs grande piÚce). Livré avec quai privé. Vues incroyables sur l'eau, planchers de bois franc, 2 foyers, immense terrasse, laveuse / sécheuse, barbecue, entiÚrement meublé avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin.

La maison peut Ă©galement ĂȘtre sĂ©parĂ©e en une unitĂ© de niveau supĂ©rieur et une unitĂ© de niveau infĂ©rieur si vous n'avez pas besoin de toute la propriĂ©tĂ© (et pour un coĂ»t moindre). thermes. Les deux unitĂ©s ont leurs propres cuisines complĂštes.

Great kitchen for cooking Thanksgiving meal (we brought all the toasting pans,etc). Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Great communication with the host. We would stay again.

Beautiful location. Fun property.

The location was perfect as a stay while we attended a wedding. Jeff told us ahead of time that there were some landscaping changes being made, and the Pickleball court he is adding will be a really fun addition. We all enjoyed the pool table and shuffleboard. All around enjoyable.

Relaxing stay

Wonderful location!!

We had a great stay at the Spokane River Home! We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and watching the river. The backyard is very peaceful! Beds were comfy and proximity to town was great!

Sweet spot on the river

This is a beautiful little spot on the river. We enjoyed the clean water for taking a dip on a hot day. The host is wonderful and the listing is accurate. Nice spot for family.

Lovely location

Our group of four stayed only for one night while we were traveling, but it was an enjoyable visit! The location on the water was so peaceful, and our accommodations were just right. Jeff, our host, met us to go over a few items and was extremely gracious and accessible. If we find ourselves going to the Spokane area again, we will certainly be looking this place up again!

Great house and host

5 great bedrooms, pool table, shuffle board and kayaks. Water is very cold but kayaking was fun. Jeff was a great host and immediately available if any questions or issues..would stay again.

Gonzaga visit

This house was absolutely beautiful. Our kids had so many fun things to do outside and inside the house. The kids would play pool and shuffleboard and then they played ball outside. They did fishing on the dock and kayaking. The place is even more beautiful in person. The owner is so responsive.

Excellent stay

Our visit was not what was expected on our side, we had family visiting and they were delayed. Our host Jeff accommodated us no matter what. He made our visit so easy and welcoming. The house was clean, the view and surrounding area are amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was close to downtown and where we needed to go.

Hello, I'm a person who has traveled extensively so I've learned what I like and don't like in a property and have set this home up with everything I think a person would appreciate. Always open to suggestions though that would make a guest stay more enjoyable. As it states above, this is my 2nd home and I'm seldom there but your entire large floor is quiet and private regardless.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is the perfect setting in the perfect location. Right on the river which provides tons of activities as well as the peaceful and fantastic views it provides. Further, It's literally minutes to downtown and yet only about 20-25 minutes to beautiful Coeur d'Alene. About 5 minutes from the property is Arbor Crest Winery which has countless outdoor venues throughout the seasons.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Views, location, pricing, I feel one would be hard pressed to find a better value than this home.
We have two 1 person kayak's, one 2 person kayak, and 2 paddle boards available for rent at the property at far less cost than the local rental companies.
