This charming Swedish house accommodates up to 5 guests, nestled near MÄlilla, surrounded by nature, with a spacious garden, perfect for family gatherings and outdoor activities like canoeing.
The modern and continuously renovated holiday home offers 110 mÂČ of living space, ideal for family vacations. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a seating area and dining table, along with two bedrooms: one featuring a 140 cm double bed and the other equipped with a 90 cm single bed and an additional pull-out bed. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, separate oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, and a dining table with stools, alongside a small utility room. The upper floor features an open living area with a cozy sofa and SAT-TV, a third bedroom with a double bed, and a bright bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin, and washing machine. The house provides heating and hot water. Guests can also enjoy a covered veranda with summer furniture and a grill.
The outdoor area of the Villa Lycka offers a charming escape with its expansive 1,400 mÂČ garden, adorned with numerous fruit trees and gorse bushes, providing a picturesque setting for relaxation. Guests can enjoy the benefits of a covered veranda equipped with summer furniture and a grill, perfect for gatherings and barbecues. The property is located just 200 meters from the navigable EmĂ„n River, ideal for canoeing, and about 1,000 meters from the nearest bathing spot.
