Abordable 2 Chambre / 2 salles de bain studio au 2ème étage!

Ce condo 2 BR / 2BA est très haut de gamme! C'est une unité de coin avec beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde! Il y a une combinaison salon / chambre principale donc nous appelons ce condo un "Studio" ... bien qu'il dispose également d'une deuxième chambre principale en face du couloir. Ce condo serait parfait pour une famille de profiter depuis le salon principal pour se rassembler et regarder la télévision est situé dans la chambre principale.(le salon est en fait à l'intérieur de la chambre principale). Il y a des vues spectaculaires partout où vous regardez dans le Living / Master puisqu'il s'agit d'une unité de coin! Cette chambre combinée est immense ... et mène à un très grand balcon donnant sur la piscine et la plage. Le Master Bath attenant a des sols en travertin, une baignoire à jets, une douche séparée et un meuble évier double.

La chambre d'amis est située sur le côté opposé du condo et dispose d'un lit king-size avec un balcon donnant sur le court de tennis et un parking. Le bain attenant a des sols en travertin, une baignoire à jets, une douche séparée et un meuble évier double que votre famille adorera !!

La cuisine gastronomique est au centre du condo entre les deux chambres. Deux peuvent manger à la table du petit déjeuner. Cette cuisine haut de gamme entièrement équipée comprend un poêle Viking et une machine à glaçons Kitchen-Aid! Et, il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans la buanderie ... et Wifi gratuit!

Il y a une porte verrouillée lorsque vous entrez dans l'unité. Cette porte reste verrouillée à tout moment, sauf si vous réservez l'unité # 101 également. Ensuite, nous fournissons un code pour la porte et cela devient un grand 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain pour les familles nombreuses à louer.

Les équipements de Phoenix 8 comprennent une piscine intérieure chauffée, une immense piscine extérieure, un bain à remous près de la piscine intérieure, une salle de sport et un sauna.

ANNULATIONS - Un préavis de soixante (60) jours est requis pour toute annulation sans encourir de pénalité. Les annulations ou les modifications qui entraînent un séjour écourt�� et qui sont effectuées dans les 60 jours suivant la date d'arrivée perdent le paiement complet à l'avance, à moins que nous ne puissions réserver ces dates exactes. Une annulation ou un départ anticipé ne justifie pas un remboursement du loyer.

Great condo with great layout of the rooms. Master bedroom with sitting area facing the beach. You step out on a corner wrap around large balcony from the master bedroom. This was an amazing rental right next to the ocean. There was comfortable king sized beds and plenty of closet and bathroom space. There was also an amazing view! There was an indoor and outdoor pool but the indoor pool wasn't heated as desacribed in the listing. There was a ton of cobwebs on the windows under the shutters but otherwise a clean rental. We will definitely book again.

Best balcony!

We had a great stay! The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable although we like them a little firmer. We spent most of our time on the huge balcony eating and enjoying the scenery! We would love to rent again and if we have more people, rent 101 as well!

The room had molded so bad that it caused me to become sick and have to go to the doctor! The mold was so out of control! It was sad to be honest! The pictures that are online have to be when it was new and on the market to rent!

Hi Ashley, I want it stated here that despite your legitimate concerns with the unit, you decided to wait until after the stay was over (when we couldn't do anything to remedy the situation) to tell us any of this. We could have moved you to a different unit that same day. We have a cleaning and maintenance staff that are available almost 24/7. Instead, you didn't say anything despite multiple check-in emails about how the stay was going. We can't help you if you don't tell us you're having an issue. Since your stay we blocked the unit for a week and a half and had it deep-cleaned, had all of the sheet rock repaired and re-painted, replaced all the vent covers, and purchased a new couch. When a guest lets us know there's issue, we do our best to solve it immediately, but we can't do that if you wait till after your reservation to say something.

This condo was as advertised. A little different layout but it works. We had plenty of room for the little ones and ourselves. It was clean and cool upon arrival which was much appreciated after a long day of driving. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. The beach was beautiful. The room was larger in person than the photos. The property only gives you the bare minimum in the unit: toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, etc. There was no salt/pepper, butter, olive oil, pam..... anything like this, you must bring or buy your own. That was the only downside.

This is the perfect accommodation for any family of 4 or 6. The space is so comfortable and relaxing! The pictures do not do this place justice. WOW what a view!

The view of the beach and the ocean from this unit is beautiful! It’s nice to have two roomie bathrooms within the unit, it’s a little odd to have a king size bed in the living area, but it was properly representative of the unit description. The building did have some exterior issues or pieces that had fallen but maintenance handled the issue quickly all in all this was a wonderful day would definitely rent this unit again.
