Access to Wi-Fi, cable TV and a pleasant ceiling fan make the time more pleasant regardless of the season. The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare meals in a homely atmosphere - there is an oven, gas stove with hood, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, as well as a microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer and dining table. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, electric dryer and hair dryer - everything you need to take care of your everyday needs. The living room opens directly onto a balcony equipped with garden furniture, which allows you to relax outdoors without leaving the building. Additionally, the apartment has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and the building's elevator makes access with luggage easier. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
