One Bedroom apartment which will be perfect for 4 people or a couple. The flat consists of a living room, 1 bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a balcony with garden furniture and a parking place in the underground garage.

Tastefully designed bedroom is equipped with comfortable double bed and wardrobe. In the living room you will find TV with flat screen and exit to the balcony. Large windows bring lots of sunlight to the apartment.

This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is located in a modern building on ul. Bóżnicza - in the very center of Poznań. There are many great restaurants and cafés in the area. The Poznań Old Market Square is just a 7-minute walk away. The main tourist attractions are within walking distance, but you can also use public transport to get anywhere in the city. The bus stop is only 350 m from the house. There is also a huge Citadel Park nearby, which is perfect for a picnic, jogging or long walks.

The area is very well connected to other parts of the city and offers convenient access to the center.
