The Space:
In a quiet location of Altefähr and a 2020 newly built App. House, a charming vacation apartment with Scandinavian flair awaits you.
Modern and furnished to a high standard, it offers space for up to 3 people. The appealing floor plan is divided into a bright living room with open white kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms and a daylight bathroom with walk-in glass shower.
From the living room you have access to the approx. 5 m² sunny balcony with a wonderful view of the Strelasund.
The floors of the apartment are fitted with organic vinyl and the bathroom with concrete-look tiles.
There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. All windows are fitted with insect screens.
An elevator in the building provides additional comfort. There is a parking space right next to the building.

Guest Access:
There is an e-bike station (bookable via app “GREEN4RENT”) directly at the harbor of Altefähr.

The Neighborhood:
There are boat, canoe, surf (surf school) and bicycle rentals 150 m from your accommodation.
Restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a grocery store are also within the same distance.
The ferry connection to Stralsund is active from May to October and there is a campsite, a climbing forest and numerous cycling and hiking trails directly in the village.

All the attractions of the island of Rügen and Stralsund, such as the treetop walk, Karls Erdbeerhof, Königsstuhl, Ralswiek, Hiddensee Island, Cape Arkona, Rasender Roland, Ozeaneum Stralsund, Oceanographic Museum, Störtebecker Brewery, Hanse Cathedral,
Stralsund Zoo, Fischland Darß and various ferry and excursion connections with the White Fleet can be reached quickly from your accommodation.
