The villa has a well-equipped kitchen and living room with 43 inch Smart TV.
The ground floor has a double bedroom with a luxury box spring (not divisible) and a private bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet.
In the hall downstairs you have access to a separate toilet.

Through the garden door you enter the outdoor terrace with garden furniture, parasol and wide electrically operated sunshade on the facade.
This house has a very spacious garden with a terrace on the water and a storage room that is accessible from outside, equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Further on you will find a canopy with an adjacent storage room and charging point for e-bikes. 

On the first floor there are two bedrooms (two times two box spring beds) plus one bedroom with a luxury non-divisible double box spring. There is also a private sauna and a second bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet on the upper floor.

There are two parking spaces near the villa.
