Queen Rooms 1–5:

Each of these rooms features a queen-size bed, perfect for couples or solo travelers.



Twin Rooms:

There are two rooms, each with two single beds – ideal for friends or family members who prefer separate beds.



Family Room:

This room includes a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, making it perfect for families with children.



Bathrooms:

Eight private bathrooms provide extra comfort and privacy. Each bathroom is fully equipped.



Living Room:

A cozy space to relax, featuring a TV and comfortable seating. The perfect place to unwind after an eventful day.



Dining Area:

A separate dining area offers space for shared meals, where you can enjoy time together.



Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave – ideal for preparing your own meals.



Guest Access:

Access to our accomodation is provided via a key for the front door, which is stored in a key safe mounted next to the entrance.

The "The Great View" holiday home offers convenient access to various transportation options. If you are arriving by car, free on-site parking is available for your convenience.



For guests traveling by train, the nearest railway station is located in a neighboring town, approximately a 15-minute drive away, with good connections to larger cities.



The nearest airport is Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN), which can be reached in approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.



We recommend renting a car to explore the beautiful Eifel region with maximum flexibility. For shorter trips within the village or to nearby towns, local taxi services are also available.



A bus stop is within walking distance of the property, offering connections to surrounding towns and villages. Please note that public transportation schedules may change, so we recommend checking the latest timetable upon your arrival.

Important information for you:



No loud parties / no speakers / respect for neighbors

Bringing music speakers, party speakers, subwoofers, or sound systems is strictly prohibited. Music is only allowed inside the accommodation at moderate volume.



From 10:00 PM, we ask you to be especially considerate of the neighbors: please keep windows and doors closed and avoid noise, especially outside.



The accommodation is equipped with a privacy-friendly noise sensor. It only measures noise levels and does not record conversations. In case of repeated noise violations, neighbor complaints, or breaches of these rules, the stay may be terminated and the incident may be reported to the booking platform.



Multiroom Sound System:

To use the multiroom soundsystem, an additional free app (SONOS S2) is required. Further information can be found in the entrance area of the property.



Please note that if you check in on the same day as a previous guest’s check-out, the whirlpool may not yet have reached operating temperature, as it will have been freshly drained, cleaned, and refilled.



The check-out time of 10:00 a.m. must be strictly observed, as we work with external cleaning companies that need to begin cleaning promptly. This ensures the property is ready on time and in excellent condition for incoming guests.
