Welcome to Lilla Lycka Timmernabben, a cosy sea view holiday home directly on the Baltic Sea coast in the small coastal village of Timmernabben in Småland. The special location with views of the Baltic Sea, proximity to the water and typical archipelago landscape make the house a lovely retreat for couples and small families who want to experience Sweden directly by the sea.

The holiday home offers approximately 65 m² of living space and accommodates up to 4 guests.

The separate bedroom has a double bed. An additional sleeping option is provided by a sofa bed in a connecting room, which can be separated from the rest of the living area with a sliding door if required.

The bright living area is one of the most beautiful places in the house. From here, you can enjoy direct views of the Baltic Sea and experience the maritime atmosphere of Timmernabben directly from the holiday home.

For additional comfort, fibre internet and a television are available.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes an oven, hob, refrigerator and coffee machine.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Outside, the sea also takes centre stage. The house has a small garden with a terrace and views of the Baltic Sea. Here you can enjoy breakfast outdoors in the morning or end the evening relaxing with a view of the water. A charcoal barbecue is also available.

A particular highlight is the canoe, which is already included during your stay. It allows you to explore the coast and archipelago around Timmernabben from the water.

In addition, 3 bicycles are available for your use. These are ideal for exploring the coastal village and the surrounding area.

Timmernabben combines the tranquillity of a small Swedish coastal village with good local infrastructure. Shops, the harbour, swimming area and cafés are all within easy walking distance.

Timmernabben is also known for its traditional fish smokehouse. If you enjoy fresh fish and the maritime atmosphere of Sweden’s Baltic coast, you will find an attractive destination practically right outside the door.

Lilla Lycka Timmernabben is also conveniently located for day trips. Kalmar, with its historic old town and famous Kalmar Castle, is within easy reach.

From Kalmar, the Öland Bridge leads directly to the island of Öland. There you can discover beaches, windmills, small coastal villages and varied natural landscapes.

The well-known Kingdom of Crystal with its traditional glassworks and several moose parks are also suitable for day trips.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

Final cleaning is already included. Bed linen and towel packages can be booked as an optional extra.

Electricity is charged according to actual consumption.

A refundable security deposit of €200 is required for the stay.
