Situated on the first floor of a newly renovated house, this modern and inviting apartment is ideal for two guests, with the option of accommodating a child for an additional charge of 23 EUR per night (payable upon arrival and with prior notice).

The apartment features a comfortable bedroom equipped with a double bed and an additional single bed, a bright and spacious living room, and a bathroom fitted with a shower and a washing machine. For added convenience, there is also a separate guest toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and all essential kitchenware — providing everything you need for a relaxed and carefree stay.

From the living room, you can step directly onto a private balcony overlooking the lush garden greenery, a peaceful and pleasant spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.

Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
