The apartment was excellent. Very well located and whilst compact (as most mountain apartments are) it worked for our family of 4 (including 2 teenage children). Well equipped, comfortable and would highly recommend.

Bigger than we thought

Pleasantly surprised by the property, thought it was going to be more of a squeeze, was not crampt even with 4 adults. The cooking facilities where a great addition.

Nice apartment in good location

Great little apartment, nicely refurbished with good kitchen facilities. The only thing missing was a kettle - we like to drink tea! Location is really good with direct access to lifts and with lovely views. Only criticism was sink and bath drained very slowly as they were blocked with hair and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned very thoroughly. But overall a really good apartment that we would happily return to.

Family ski holiday

We enjoyed our stay - great location and comfortable for a family of 5. Short walk into the centre of Avoriaz. Ski in/ ski out was fantastic! Kitchen had everything you need so we cooked a lot. Only one confusion over the need to bring bedding and towels. View was wonderful and the children enjoyed watching theTour chair lift going past the window. Would happily recommend!

Nice place

Was a great little place however our sink broke on the 2nd night out of the blue when I was washing and there was no way of contacting the host so we couldn’t use our posts. The bin looked like it had been pushed into the sink too much and seemed to be a silly place so ally broke when we had put things in the bin.

Good location

Good location for ski in / out in a quiet area at the bottom of the resort. Kitchen was well equipped. Shower was good with plenty of hot water. Seperate room with double bed and two single sofa beds for our children. It is compact but this was expected- fine for us for a week. Be aware that there is no bed linen/towels. This will need hiring and collecting from one of the laundromats in Avoriaz

Great stay

We had a great holiday. Good location and good size for family of four with small children. Everything you need. Just be aware the bed linen and towels are not provided and you need to bring your own or rent. But we were made aware of this and it was not an issue. The only other small things is the wifi was not very consistent for us. That was not really a big issue, but might be if you really needed it for work etc. Thanks for a great holiday!

Wonderful Stay

Lovely appartment at the bottom of the resort. Has wondeful views and a small balcony. It had everything we needed and more! Appartment has a small hallway for boot storage and we kept our skis on the balcony. We kept the key ij the key safe box every day and it took our worry away from losing this. It has perfect ski in and out to the slope all day. Our only struggle was the hill upto the center of the resort but we didnt mind the walk, 5 minutes to the village center. Can ring for transport at any time. We had full itinery sent out before our arrival and let the host know when we'd be leaving. Was a really lovely place would come back in a heartbeat!! Thank yoy

Well equipped refurbished piste side apt

We both loved staying at this apartment. Handy double bedroom separate from the lounge. Easy to keep warm, well equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine and raclette/fondue machine. Keep skis and boots in apartment/on balcony. Good storage for the size. Lovely shower and small bath. Great views from balcony- sunny during the day. Reasonably short walk from Prodains and La Poya restaurant but uphill to the main town- easier coming home! Friendly hosts communicated promptly. Loved it - perfect for 2 of us.

Great apartment

Clean, good sized apartment with everything we needed. Seperate bedroom was a bonus. Bath at the end of a day’s skïng was priceless. There was no boot room, but we didn’t find this a problem as there was plenty of room in the hallway. Keysafe box was very handy, no need to worry about losing keys on slopes! Excellent ski-out onto slope down to the Tour chairlift. However we found the location a bit of an up-hill struggle to meet friends in the village every evening. Also far from the supermarket to carry shopping back down. However, the horse and cart is always an option. Bedlinen and towels are not provided nor able to pay extra for. There are options to hire privately but expensive. We brought our own. Excellent communication with hosts. Can’t fault a thing. Thank you.

Amazing views and literally feet away from the piste.

For perspective, this was a last minute idea for my son and I to go snowboarding, so we felt lucky to get this apartment in Avoriaz as when I’ve looked before this village gets booked up quickly. I then started to think ‘why is this one still available, what is wrong with it’? The answer.....absolutely nothing!!! The location is excellent, real ‘Ski in/ Ski out, feet away from a blue run down to 3 lifts. The views are spectacular, the best we’ve ever had in over 10 years. We usually eat out most nights, but due to the many cooking facilities in the apartment we only ate out one night. All beds were comfortable, with freshly washed bedding and the multiple heaters ensured we not only were warm but our clothes were dry for morning. The multiple headed shower was amazing after a cold day out on the slopes and the small balcony with deckchair a great place for catching some rays. Oh and the WiFi signal was strong and never dropped. All in all, a great stay that I would absolutely recommend and REALLY hope to return one day. C’est Magnifique.
